I love my Fragrant Jewels! I'm in the candle of the month club and get excited when they tell me it has shipped... my guilty little pleasure! xo

I love the rings. Just received a pendent. Not to happy with it.

I have received my candles, and actually, I can't get them to STOP! They exist, and the candles are nice, but I only need so many. I got suckered into an automatic shipping/billing setup and now, 32.90 EVERY month is being charged from my account and I have tried to contact them several times at their toll-free number and via email with NO RESPONSE! Don't get suckered!!

I've had good experiences so far and I enjoy the scents. You buy for the smells and you get a small prize with it. Always fun.

Love all the products! Especially love getting the rings.

Love the candles, but the rings turn your fingers green.

This business is proficient, speedy with order and quick to make any errors correct. I would recommend them to anyone.

I seriously couldn't be more disappointed! I saw link on FB and just knew I shouldn't have ordered...they had a special that if I ordered I would get a second chance ring. So I placed order, still skeptical...and behold, I was right! Not only did both my rings only amount to $10 each, they are not size 7 and they are both the same style and nothing like the large stone rings shown in your web page...I may have been happier if at least one of them were large..how amazing though that both would be the same and small in size and style! I also had to burn the candle for like 15 hours to then dig out foil wrapping of which split in two pieces! It was a waste of my money for two cheap little kid rings! I could have gotten something nicer from my local K-mart/WalMart for what I paid for this candle and the candle would have burned better and my ring would at least had more sparkle and I would have change left over.

On another topic, when I placed order, I attempted three times to contact them regarding confirmation of shipment and never received anything in return nor did I ever get a tracking number...poor customer service!

I have purchased multiple items from this site , have dealt with their customer service & have promptly received all of my items ! This has to be one of the best online shopping experiences I have ever had ! Great products , great customer service , and great shipping ! I cannot wait to do business with them again !

I started with bath bombs and am absolutely in love with them, I the Wicked Set was amazing, just got my first tarts in today and cant wait to use them, and my scrub is on its way soon I hope ... all of the rings are amazing and even though most of mine are $10 rings they look expensive

I like the product I can not afford them right now . But I do want to buy more later. I love the fruit , and anything with cinnamon scent.

Horrible. I placed an order on 10/1. A tracking label was created but my items were never shipped. I emailed about a week ago to ask for an update and nothing. After waiting on hold for 25 min I finally got someone on the line. He said that my item would be shipped today (10/18) and was delayed because of high order volumes. How is it okay that my order is being shipped 3 weeks later? Rediculous! I hope they aren't just telling me that only for my order to not be shipped at all.
