I love the smell of the candles it's a nice blend and lasts a long time. I have the beads open them up and wow what a beautiful aroma love them!!!!!

been very happy with my rings and to know there value is a plus have tryed them all fun in bathtub with bathbomb

I love the candles everyone I have had was a wonderful scent burned beautifully just trim the wick between burning the best part is when you get your ring I have been happy with each one I also give the candles as gifts my friends love them

I am on the passport candle subscription, where I get a candle shipped to me monthly. So when I knew I was moving I made sure to have all my mail forwarded so that way I would still continue getting my candles. Anyways I have in total called the company 5 times, and the postal service 5 times to get this straightened out. I'm really frustrated because I have not received 2 candles from them! Not to mention I have made sure they've updated my address every time! Their customer service literally makes you wait sometimes 40 mins just to speak to a live person. They seriously need to hire more people just to answer phones. So over all this and plan on cancelling my subscription once I receive the other 2 candles. Not worth all this [redacted]

Very nice product. The bath bombs smell great and are soothing. The ring inside is a very nice touch. Reminds me of [redacted] You don't know what the prize inside will look like. You get exactly what is promised.
The fragrance beads are not great. I put them in the car and I can't smell a thing. The fragrance is there when you smell the beads but it doesn't fill the vehicle with the fragrance. The candle is very fragrant. Overall I'm pleased with the product line.

Shipping takes FOR. EV. ER. We'll I guess I should say, processing takes forever. Shipping takes about a week. They like to create a shipping label with a tracking number a few days after you place the order, but that's about as far as it will go for about 2 - 3 weeks. Don't bother trying to contact them either, because they will not respond or you'll be on hold for a decade. Customer service is horrible...really it's just plane non existence. I contacted them 3 times regarding my order that had been in shipped status for 3 weeks, but actually had not shipped, and I never heard back. Finally I started a [redacted] dispute and a couple days later they actually shipped it...I still have not received it though.
The rings are nice, and it's fun seeing what ring you'll get. The shipping and processing however is not fun and almost not worth it. They have GOT to improve their shipping and customer service@

I love all the fragrance I can't chose a favorite cause I love them all.

I am HOOKED on the bath bombs!! I just love the scents and the way they make my skin feel. The rings are a nice bonus and very beautiful. I also enjoy the candles, I burn the Rose scent and the cranberry/pear. They fill the room with fragrance and burn complete not just down the middle.

Love products but shipping is a nightmare! 2 weeks in and label was just barely created. I called and they said it would take three weeks for final delivery and ups has not upgraded tracking info so I have no idea when I'll receive it. This is not the first time this has happened. It takes a month or longer to receive products and you'd think they were shipping from china! I live in no cal and they are located in so cal!

They need to not charge an arm and a leg for shipping for this [redacted] service! Ups surepost is the slowest worst delivery service ever. It would be faster and cheaper to just send regular mail.

One day I was youtubing and I came across a lady revealing her prize. I thought how cool is that. I had never heard of such a thing. I visited acouple of different prize candle sites, but Fragrant Jewels was the only one I found that allowed you to pick your ring size, AWESOME!! So with my first order I received two candles and boy do they smell good. My home is 2150 square feet and the Romance scented candle could be detected in each room. I had both of them lit at one point and wow, amazing. They smell stays in the air all day, it even followed me to the car! I would definitely but again. The rings that I received were so pretty. I gave one to my daughter and kept the other for myself. I would definitely recommend giving them a try. You'll love it!!

I am writing to say Fragrant Jewels is a great company. I started ordering my candles in 2014 because I was told were a great and honest company I could trust in every way.

I have always received great customer service from Fragrant Jewels. They stand behind their products and work very hard to make sure that any problem is solved quickly and pleasantly.

If all companies treated their customers with the same attitude and professionalism Revdex.com would not need to have dispute resolution.

I have been ordering candles and bath bombs from this company for about 3 months. My orders are filled promptly and accurately. There is a ring in each candle or bath bomb. While mine so far have not been worth a lot, they are high quality and very pretty. I recommend buying jewelry candles, bath bombs, and other products from Fragrant Jewels.

These Are So Refreshing Candle, Bombs, and crystals. The surprise rings are my highlight. Thanks for making me feel special.

My first order from Fragrant Jewels was for the Snowed In candle. I received the candle within five days. The scent of the candle is very nice, and the ring inside was a really pretty $10 ring with a center purple stone and v shaped clear stone pattern on either side. Very pretty costume jewelry. My second order was for the Flannel Pajamas beads that I got with a discount coupon, and I also got an additional ring and code with that order. One ring worth $10, and one ring worth $25. No colored stones in those, which I prefer, but still pretty, and wearable. My third order was for the Fresh Cut Roses beads, which I just ordered, and haven't received yet. There was an issue with entering a coupon code, which I wasn't given an opportunity to do before the order went through, but I called customer service, and was issued a refund for the amount on the coupon. So far, my experience with customer service has been good, although I have seen other reviews by people who have had negative customer service experience, so I am just hoping that my order and refund go as expected. I am happy with the candle, beads, rings, and customer service, so far.

Products are fantastic and I have given a few as gifts with most grateful thanks for a unique gift

BAD BAD !!! I ORDERED TO CANDLES IN APRIL..I NEVER RECEIVED THEM..THEY SENT ME A TRACKING # THAT DID NOT WORK.. TOLD ME THEY WERE ON THE WAY??// I TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO CONTACT THEM BY PHONE BY E-MAIL .. NO RESPONSE EXECPT TO SAY THE WOULD RESPOND TO MY INQUIRY WITH 48 HOURS OR 72 HOURS .. NOTHING... I DON;T BELIEVE THEY EXSIST , EXCEPT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY..BUYER BEWARE!!!!! THEY NEED CHECKING INTO FOR SURE
