So far I have absolutely loved my experience with fragrant jewels the fragrances have been wonderful the shipping has been superb and on time I've only had a couple of issues with missing pieces but they have been resolved in a timely manner I would recommend fragrant jewels to any of my friends

Wonderful products, but very slow processing/shipping time. If you need as a gift, be sure to give at leaat two weeks lead time, to make sure you get your order in time for the event.

Broken candle replaced within 24 hours of calling in.

Excellent company. I always receive my orders on time and always receive what I ordered.

Your products are great, and I do enjoy splurging on myself with your products.
However I will say that I placed an order of bath bombs and was sent the wrong ring size, and one of your team members reached out to me via email and said they would fix it, well I'm still waiting for the replacement order from September. I also received another shipment and wouldn't you know it the crystal pendant was not in the order, and I contacted customer service and still have not heard one thing.

The rings are so nice, better than I had first thought would come in a candle. Now I reorder whenever I can!

This company is awful! I ordered on Oct 5th I immediately received a confirmation email and they got their money! They website says 3-7 days on the 13th I had received anything so I emailed them after several emails ** messages and phones (not to mention how long the call waits were) I finally got them to "supposedly" send it or so I thought since I received a shipping email with tracking #. Well then I tracked my package for 7 days and on the scudeuled delivery day nothing called [redacted] and [redacted] who had the tracking # but stated they haven't received any package just the label.......its the 24th of October and I still have received my package and now can not get a hold of anyone from the company!

Normal I love these candle and have loved everyone of them that I have gotten and the bath bombs. But I got the dead of the dead candle and I did not like it all all as it was burning it gave me headache.

Shop elsewhere! I ordered items on March 20 - it is now April 4 and although a confirmation of my order as well as shipping information was provided via email there is no package affiliated. I've also received numerous emails stating "oops you left some items in your cart, click here to finish shopping" when clicking on the link it is the exact order that was placed with confirmation! After reading through their FAQ section I found that they offer no refunds or credit!! Refunds or credit??? You are stealing money because you don't ship anything that can be refunded!

I love the Fragrant Jewels candles and the surprise of a ring inside. At present, I burn them occasionally, which makes getting to the ring a little longer but well worth the wait!

I love your fragrant candles. I am looking to expand my shopping to try the scrubs.

Good customer service and support, however there is room for improvement.
The products are all 5star across the board in regards to quality quantity for the price and enjoyment value.

Horrible. I ordered something for my wife for her birthday. Well, her birthday came and went and this gift didn't arrive, which left me scrambling for another gift. I ordered my set on Nov 18. Here it is Dec 12, and it is showing as not even shipped yet! What a terrible way to do business.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the products. The scents are amazing and the rings are a real treat

This is a great company that could really go places, the products are very good and arrive in great condition, the only draw back is their shipping is not the best in the business and they could do better with getting the orders out in a more timely manner.

Yes I love my Fragrant Jewels products to an extent. I wish the rings were more consistent in size.
