Fragrant Jewels has wonderful smelling candles and beautiful rings. My granddaughters love the Bath Bombs. I can never go wrong with giving Fragrant Jewel candles as a gift.

I loved the candle and the ring is found inside!

First off, Fragrant Jewels' candle are very good quality and smell great. The rings that come with them are very nice looking as well, however shipment times take forever (typically I received the product 2-3 weeks after placing the order). Additionally, I've had multiple issues with ordering. After Thanksgiving, I order the holiday trio gift set to give as gifts to a Christmas party I was going to. Two weeks after placing the order, the shipment tracking number I received still indicated the candles had not left the warehouse. When I called, the rep explained that one of the candles was backordered. I received no notification about this and was upset that for the past two weeks I had been left hanging and was suddenly going to have to find new gifts to take to the party. I canceled the order, which they did with no problems. Then the following week I received notice that I was going to be receiving the same item for my inner circle membership that I had received a previous month. It took three days for customer service to sort it out and in the end they canceled my membership but still charged me for the month even though the product shipment was canceled as well. They did refund me for the product I wasn't going to receive, but I was extremely frustrated that they don't seem to have their business together. In the end I told them to keep the membership canceled and I have taken my business to Diamond Candles which I have had a very positive experience with so far. Again, FJ's products are great and to be fair, their customer service reps are very friendly, but the business seems to have some issues it needs to iron out to give its customers better service. But for me, the tradeoff of these issues wasn't enough to keep me buying the products when there are other good competitors to the company out there.

I have ordered candles foryself and gifts and also bath bbs as gifts. Everyone loves them, they smell amazing, exactly how they describe, packaged perfectly. I couldn't be more happier with them. This a great company to order from.

love the candles-rings a nice plus but have never received a ring over $25. they do not offer certain scents all the time and that is frustrating. the last two candles have not burned cleanly-had to keep wiping black soot from glass.

I ordered 1 candle on November 24, 2015 at 9:00 p.m. while there was a limited time promotion going on. There was approximately 39 minutes remaining on the promotion at the time of my purchase. The promotion said that if you bought a candle or beads, you would receive another ring with the chance to win a 10k ring. I had no idea and was absolutely pleasantly surprised that the extra ring meant it would come in another candle for free! The candles also came with an exrra added gift, a copper jeweled pinecone pendant that can be worn as a lappel pin or as a necklace on an accompanying chain. The candles arrived in separate boxes and inside the box, they looked very festive and were wrapped nicely with small gold and silver chords tied in bows. One of the boxes is a nice holiday red that I suspect I will give to someone special as a Christmas gift.

I received both candles today, December 2, 2015, in the afternoon mail. I recived the candles within 4 business days considering the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. I was very impressed with the speed of the shipping as well as how well the candles were packaged so as to avoid damage.

I have lit the candle and am overwhelmed with the beautiful fragrance. I am pleased to have made this purchase, which I hesitated to make because of some rather unfavorable reviews I have seen on the Internet and on the Revdex.com. For me, the experience so far has been 100% positive...and more! This is my very first comment/review on the Revdex.com or any such site to be truthful, but it feels good to give a positive comment when one is deserved.

I would give Fragrant Jewels a 100% recommendation to any family member or friends without hesitation. I am actually looking forward to sharing my experience with some of my friends and will suggest they try Fragrant Jewels for Christmas gifts this year.

I sincerely hope that this positive review may serve to help any future customer that may have hesitations before purchasing from Fragrant Jewels.

I love these candles and bath bombs. The fragrance lasts forever ( slight exaggeration but you get the point) on your skin after bathing and the csdles last a long time too. Mine have not lost their smell and I've been using them daily for about six weeks. I'm also buying them for gifts for the upcoming holidays. Oh by the way, the rings and nevklaces that I have received are beautifully crafted and I get complimented each time thst they are worn. I am going to try some of your other products too!

These are fantastic smelling candles right to the end! And the rings are fun to discover and no matter what the value, look very nice. These make wonderful gifts if you know the recipients ring size.

Love the product and the jewelry. I have ordered several times this past year, plan to order more for Christmas.
Did have a couple that were broken when they arrived, but it couldn't have been the packaging, since it is very thick and secure. I notified them and they sent replacements at no charge to me.
I think most people have figured out that the chance of getting a expensive ring is slim to none, but it is fun and a little exciting to pluck the ring out of the wax.

I absolutely love the bath bombs and candles since candles are made with coconut oil it also feels good and burns smooth.

Best smelling ever. The smell goes thru the whole house. Very pleasant and not over powering.

Their products are very nice! Good quality jar candles and the bathbombs dissolve really well and the scents are amazing. The rings are very pretty, haven't turned my finger green or anything, but they do tarnish a little (only rings valued under 30 dollars I've noticed tarnish). Overall I love the products, and have had no problems.

I have purchased 5 candles and 1 bath bead option. The candles smell heavenly , and the wax you pour out to get your ring is great on your hands ! I have always received my candle on the 7th business day as they state and the rings are really nice even if they have almost all been valued at $10. I had one valued at $25 , but the best one is the one I got in the Swarovski Crystal candle. It is beautiful, and valued at $45. I have always received my extra rings , and they come packaged very well. I received my last order on May 19th, but they accidentally sent me a duplicate order... I was honest and told them, and they let me keep the extra order, free of charge . I've read a ton of reviews on this company, and honestly some are so petty. Read people! Products get broken in the mail all of the time. Blame the postal carrier not the company that sent it!. Great experience so far with this company. It's super fun to have a prize in the candle , I would've purchased anyway!

Wow, I love, love these bombs and candles. And the rings I have may only be worth $10 but they are all really pretty.

I love these products and so do my friends. The wicked one was fabulous and the candle smelled wonderful! I have gotten a lot of bath bombs and my daughter just loves them plus the rings inside are pretty not cheap looking! I can,t say enough good things about fragrant jewels! I will be ordering some more for christmas. Keep up the good products and good customer service! 5 star rating.
