I had purchased a ring candle from your company. When I ordered the ring there was a promo to receive a free ring. When I got my candle there wasn't a free ring in the box that the candle came in. I emailed your company and didn't receive an email back. I commented on your Facebook page about your company not emailing me back and gave me a number to call regarding the free ring I didn't receive. Also, when the candle was lit there was no smell coming from the candle. I called the number and talked to Felipe [redacted] who was very friendly in resolving my issue. He was very understanding and fixed the situation and I am very satisfied with his customer service.

Placed an order for two candles in the beginning of December as a Christmas gift for someone. On Dec 15th I got a notification that my order was ready for ups, but never actually shipped. It is now two days before Christmas and still haven't received it. So luckily it was easy to get a hold of a customer service rep, who issued me a refund. But now I have to go out and find another gift and it's seriously the worst time to go shopping.

Fragrant Jewels is an awesome company to buy from. From their amazing products with a ring hidden in each one to their friendly and helpful customer service department.

They are the best candles for longevity of burning and they smell great. I have tried other candles and they do not measure up to Fragrant Jewels scent. The rings are an added bonus, I have received many compliments on the rings. Everybody that sees the rings asks where they can get them so I give them the web address.

I loved the idea of this product.. But soon the love was met with unsureness. My husband and I Bought the wicked set for our anniversary it was bought on the 10th of September and got a confirmation but never got a tracking number and then didnt get it till the end of September 25th. Loved the scent but was not impressed with the wax.. as one light of the candle and blow it out and it splattered all over the walls and everything on my dresser was covered.. I would have thought about buying more but that happened and I will not buy it again.. plus I love candles I am a [redacted] rep.. and they are trying ro pass off one of [redacted] warmers as there's. [redacted] has a life time warranty No other wax is to be used in [redacted] warmers... so there copy cat out design and it Will not work in our warmers... like I said I would have got more but not with the mess I have to clean up.. I will stick to my [redacted]

I love the candles and the rings, though not genuine stones, are made well and really sparkle. I enjoy wearing them and receive many compliments.

I ordered product from fragrant jewls for a friend who liked them. They took 3.5 weeks to initially ship my order and then addressed the package wrong causing it to go back to the post office in California. In an effort to get my package and the response there was that they have a pile of packages returned to them from fragrant jewls. When I contacted the company about the lost package their solution for me was that I pay an additional shipping charge for them to reship the products. Eventually I was able to contact them by phone to get my money refunded. I had to contact them through my paypal representative because if I called them directly I was left on eternal hold. Ultimately I will never order from this company again and will recommend to everyone that they do not either. I feel this company is a scam.

I love everything I have purchased from fragrant jewels from the candles, fragrance beads, to the rings that come with everything.

I love the scented candles and the fragrance makes the whole house smell good even long after it has been blown out! Of course the hidden ring is like a present that is a bonus! Can't wait to get to the hidden ring! Also love, love , love the bath bombs! They make me silky soft and smell great too! Again with a hidden ring! I love this company !

My very first order never had a ring in it !! I emailed the first time with no response.. I called customer service and she said they would send a ring .. No ring ever got shipped no notes in the system were written .. I contacted them again they said SOIRY AND WOULD GET THE RING OUT .. No ring !! I contacted them again they said they needed a tracking number which I never got. No ring. It is a month now NO RING ! Customer service is the worst !!
