My husband ordered On Oct 21, 2015 as a birthday gift for me. He even paid for express shipping. It is now November 16, 2015 and it hasn't even been shipped yet. Called customer service 3 times and no package. It hasn't left their warehouse but they keep saying it has been shipped so we can't get a refund!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Candles are nice. Rings are cheesy unless it's that one winning one , but I have about 24 rings and a few are duplicates. Had a hard time contacting them as well.

I think for the most part the products they send out are good and lots of fun to use. I would recommend it to others who love good scents and a bit of fun with jewelry.

I love the aroma of the candles and the bath bombs leave my skin feeling soft and silky. I have yet to win an expensive ring but enjoy wearing the ones I have won.

They arrive quick,and never a problem with product,wrapped beautifully,the rings are beautiful,and the scents of the candles are wonderful. The fragrance lasts even after you blow it out. I've ordered the Lemon scented candle which I love, bath bombs are great and so much fun, gardenia beads smell amazing! Everything made without harmful chemicals which is my favorite part! I'm currently waiting on the body scrub, and was melts, I can't wait to try them. Customer service has been great! Not to mention the beautiful surprise rings inside, fabulous fakes! Hoping to get lucky and win a real ring at some point. You definitely gained a returning customer.

I like the product, but the shipping times are ridculous and the ring sizes are using wrong. I havent order due to these factors. Also your security needs improvement. Im not surprised your not accredited with Revdex.com. Showing favoritism toward one person is not ok. Most of the people who win already have plenty of money, so I person like will never win.

I ordered from Fragrant Jewels on 07/03/2016. The website says items ship 5 to 7 days after orders are processed. By the 12th I still hadn't heard anything. I contacted them and they sent me a tracking number that showed my order had been processed and ready for shipment on 07/07/2016 but it still hadn't shipped 5 DAYS LATER! When I asked about this they said they'd check with a supervisor and see what the holdup was. On the 13th I received an email saying that 1 of the 2 products I ordered wasn't available, so they were refunding it. I'm glad I got the refund, but that particular product was a gift for someone, so it would have been nice to know it wasn't available when I ordered it so I could order something else. Also, it says it was processed and ready to ship on the 7th. How was it ready on the 7th if they're saying one of the products isn't available?! As of today, 07/14/2016, a full week after the [redacted] confirmation THEY sent me says it was ready to ship, the one product they do have ready to ship still hasn't shipped!

Awesome prices on products, large selection and growing all the time, environmentally acceptable, love the sizes. And best of all, they smell good!!! I've seen some complain about shipping, but remember these are made fresh to order, so yea, it might take a LITTLE longer, but not to much and the quality is worth it. I tell everyone I know if your going to buy this kind of stuff online go to Fragrant Jewels.

I love all of the products that I bought- candles and the rings , every candle smells great. I especially love the wicked candle!!1 I put in on almost every day love the smell of it!!! The only thing that I don't love is that a new procust the wax strips they cost a good price but the shipment for some reason is way too expensive for such a light weight I wish the shipment would cost less of this particular product!

very mediocre make of those candles. Only is will fall for the diamonds :) but I love to try new sanctuary candles and this is the far weakest quality make I have had.
BUT. I recommend their fragrant beads. They are ok for the shoe rack wardrobe. Strong fragrance and safe pouches. SO, the beads I recommend. The candles- not worth of money.

I love the candles and have recently started purchasing the bath bombs, which my husband and son have also gotten on board with lol they get to enjoy a nice bath and I get a nice new ring, win win!
