Good Morning ***, I’m writing in regards to case ID ***The original complaint filed was due to a non-deliveryWe contacted our customer right away and made sure she had been refunded in full for the orderAt that time we had also offered her a complimentary to be delivered to the recipient in the amount of $40.00, along with a $gift cardWe reached out to our local florist and delivery was made to the recipient on January 5th at 1:30pmThe customer emailed in upset that the arrangement contained mostly carnationsWe have since tried to offer another complimentary arrangement due to the first one being unsatisfactory. We have made numerous attempts via email and left three voicemails for the customer to contact us backOur customer has responded via email letting us know she would not like another arrangement nor any more calls or emails from this companyIf the customer decides in the future she would like another complimentary arrangement sent we will be happy to still honor our initial offerWe will honor the customers request and not continue to contact herWe would like to consider this case closedPlease let us know if there is anything else we can do to further assist with this orderThank you so much for your time

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me In addition, the manager, MsF*, took the time to thoroughly explain why the mistake took place and provided an extra gift card without any request She is very aware of public perception and was receptive to improving their business practices

The site promotes same day service if ordered by a certain time They did not follow through and said they could not find a florist to deliver the same day Bad business and service

My year old daughter ordered flowers for her mom on the day before Mother's Day Delivery was supposed to be between 9am and 6pm By 6pm, there were no flowers, but at 6:30pm I got an email saying the flowers had been delivered Guess what, still no flowersI've emailed twice and called numerous times, experiencing one hang up and two with hold times in excess of minutes I've yet to receive any sort of contact from this business and will contest the charge with my credit card company
