response because it gives me more sense of who they are from an integrity perspectiveThis may seem like something small on behalf to companies, but that is huge to customers/prospects because it lets' us know how much we really matter to a businessAlso helps improve the trust factor on my end

I ordered flowers on the 6th for delivery on the 7th
I recieved an email on the 10th at am asking how the delivery went
No mention that they wanted me to make another selectionI log onto the FTD website and request to know the status of my deliveryIt has been days and my wife did not mention itthis is 5:pmThey call me minutes later and I missed the callThey send me two emails immediately telling me to swap my order
I call them back and the represenative says "We called you twice and sent you two emails." These are the same two emails they sent me after I inquired after my purchase
My issue is, why did it take them days and me contacting them first on an dollar purchase before I found out they were bailing on their end? Super disapointed in their response timeThey called quickly once I had pointed out my purchase was not delivered
The only saving grace is getting the refund was hassle free
In either case I am not using FTD again

We ordered online, got a call saying they could not deliver when promisedThey offered an upgrade to accommodate us, so we thought that at least we would get the free upgrade although they would be late As it turned out, the flowers were delivered by *** in a box The flowers were crushed, and wilted It looked as if they were thrown into a box with little care taken and instead of an upgrade it looked more like a downgrade We feel like we could have went to the grocery store and got a better arrangement than what was sent We were very embarrassed with the flowers as they were not represented the same way online We paid more than double of what a local florist would have charged and got a product worth about $ I would be very careful ordering an arrangement from this company We called customer service and complained about the whole experience Although we didn't ask for a refund, we thought that they would offer one since our experience was way less than promised AS it turns out, they apologized for the poor service, and that was all They did not offer any sort of refund So, if anyone is ordering from this company, you are taking a risk on your order being as expected

I am rejecting this response because:
FTD's response was acceptable up until the point when the company wrote, "we are sorry the order didn't meet his expectations." I don't see how advertising and failing to manage subpar contracted florists in Hawaii resulting in flowers not being delivered on the same day, as promised, would meet anyone's expectations. The bottom line is FTD's lax business practices in abandoning oversight of its Hawaii florists is a matter of concern for anyone considering placing a same-day order with FTD for delivery in Hawaii. Recommend you think very carefully before trust FTD and its advertising

I am rejecting this response because: The business did not deliver mothers day flowers on mothers day Their customer service IVR refused to accept calls, they did not
follow up after email and web inquiries It took two additional phone calls to FTD to get them to admit that the flowers were not delivered The only option presented was to get a bouquet at the same value a week after mothers day That is NOT compensation for HORRENDOUS customer service I am so angry with their horrible service and lack of communication, a refund does not fix this issue
