I am rejecting this response because
Well I described the issue and lack of carnation flowers in any of the two
sets of flowers my mom receivedCarnations are here favorite flowers,
andthat is why I ordered the first arrangement The apology flowers from FTD
came with NO carnations and MOLDY smelling rosesWhile this 3rd arrangement
looked nice, it still lacked on single carnation and didn't smell good

Terrible experience this week with this company with little to no apology or solutionMy birthday was the 18th of JuneMy father, who happens to live in Saudi Arabia ordered flowers to be delivered to my home address on Saturday for my birthdayHe reached out to me Sunday to see if I was enjoying them (obviously because I had not thanked him for them) and I had to reply that I had not received any gift of flowersWe waited for Monday to pass, still no flowers, still no email or correspondence saying that the flowers were undeliverable- no communication from the companyHe sent me the order number and confirmation code so I called the number only to be told that there was no florists that could deliver that order in my areaKeep in mind, he NEVER received any sort of communication that this order would not be fulfilledI live in a city, the capital of SC, there are just as many florists on the streets as churches here, so the idea of there not being one that could fulfill and deliver the order is blasphemy Had he not reached out to me to confirm that I had received my birthday gift, I would have continued to blame him for not making and effort and ProFlowers would have made $80+ on an order they never intended to fulfillAfter speaking with supervisors the only solution they offered was to refund his moneyNo flowers stillNo apologies for having to hunt down my own giftAnd no ownership for the scam they are runningI am appalled with the idea of how many people never receive their gifts either and the company pockets the money of the senderSo sad that companies operate this way

Through FTD,I ordered the 'faithful blessings' bouquet in memory of my brother-The one I selected was based on the description & the picture,indicating how many stems of fragrant lilies-I wanted the best.I ordered on wed for a Friday delivery-memorial on Saturday.The only thing received as described,was the vase-what was delivered was not what was pictured/described & the bouquet was lopsided.I called FTD Sunday & explained what had happened to 'Lewis'-although a very nice & understanding gentleman,I did not like what I heard.I would like to share this with others before using this service.FTD gives their florist 'suggestions'& a 'recipe' the florist do not have to follow it! I think customers should be told this upfront,this is much more than a substitution flower-from what I understand,most growers will ship overnite & I ordered in plenty of time for the florist to get the flowers I ordered.I was asked if I wanted to reorder it,seriously? Then offered a 40% discount on the bill.I told him I was going to contact the Revdex.comHe then said he was going to 'give' me a full refund-which he promptly did.I,like most people-order flowers for an occasion -NOT for a refund.I wish I had read other reviews before ordering.Buyer Beware!

address clearly has not been suppressed, as I received another email from them yesterday - a "reminder" "as requested"Their website offers no way to stop theseAttempts to go to the reminder preferences fail, as it shows no facility to do so

It has not been send to me yet Why in the world would it take weeks to process a gift certificate? Again, poor customer service

FTD made two major mistakes in last week - out of orders - was not delivered at all and the other issues was delivery of dead flowersVery disappointing and others should be aware

I had recently sent a bouquet of flowers to my ill mother, in hopes of cheering her upHowever to my displeasure, the arrangement that was sent to her was not only completely wrong, but disgraceful in appearanceI had paid extra for a full bouquet, in hopes to have the most amount of flowers possible for this arrangement, and what my mother received looked like there were about flowers in the vaseThe picture on FTD's website was an all orange arrangement with roses among others, the arrangement my mother received was an ugly multicolored, multi flowered arrangement...not one rose! The vase advertised with the arrangement was also orange, squared, and largeAgain, what my mother received was bogus - a cheap, simple, and small regular glass vaseIf all of this wasn't enough, some of the flowers even looked as if they were already wilting and dying upon arrivalI had paid almost near $for wilting flowersPitiful
I had called customer service, and they were extremely rudeWhen I asked for a refund, they ignored my request, and tried to buy me back by throwing 20% off my purchase and an additional $off my next purchaseAs if I will ever be using this company again!! I am just beyond disgusted with the service over all; all I wanted was a refund, and I wish I could have gotten better quality for my sick mother at this timeSuch a shame

On October 4, I ordered flowered from FTD online & received notification that the flowers were delivered to *** *** Hospital in New York Due to an emergency situation - regarding Hurricane Matthew & the recipient’s two back surgeries, I had to fly to NY on 10/as her husband needed to fly home to secure their home/family in Melbourne FL I arrived on 10/and didn’t see the flowers that I ordered I was shown the flowers from “me” They were a pathetic excuse for flowers & only resembled the flowers that I ordered in that there were some orange & yellow in them On top of that, these flowers were already dyingIt is quite obvious that FTD didn’t expect that I would ever see the delivered flowers & sent a cheap imitation of what I ordered I paid $for a VERY poor substitute arrangement I have pictures of the substitute; the invoice showing the amount paid & pictures of the various choices of versions of that arrangement that could have been chosen The least expensive arrangement of these looks far better than what was received, & I paid for the most expensive arrangementShould you or ANYONE else wish to view these documents, I will be happy to send them to you I only wish that I could attach them here WARNING! Do NOT purchase from FTD “official site” Research the florists in the city where the flowers will be delivered These shops usually have pride in their work and aren’t as likely try to pass off trash as a bouquet There is no way that this could have been an employee errorOn 10/I called FTD to complain (I had no access or time to deal with them while in NY & needed to deal with my own medical issues on my return as well as catwith essentials prior to calling them) I explained all the above & was told by Laura, at FTD customer service, that the supervisor can’t do anything for me because it wasn’t within the days of delivery
