I made the mistake of using FTD to deliver flowers to my mother for her birthdayAlthough the flowers arrived in good shape within the promised time frame, I have been receiving emails from them every day since I used the serviceFor the past two months I've received an average of three emails a day, with almost every day guaranteeing at least one and some days seeing up to fiveI have unsubscribed from their mailing list dozens of times to no availAs a result, I will NEVER use their services again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone

We sincerely apologize for our customer’s experience. As part of FTD’s Good as Gold guarantee, we have issued a full refund and will have flowers delivered to the recipient
