I required floral delivery on 12/and FTD sent the florist the order on 12/and told the florist to deliver on 12/(I spoke to the florist on 12/22)FTD also had the audacity to send me an email confirming delivery on 12/AND verbally told me that the florist said they confirmed delivery on 12/when I called on 12/to question the late deliveryI requested a refund of the delivery charge and was only offered 20% of the price of the flowersNever againThey lied about delivery, they lied about the florist, and if I had never followed up with the recipient they would have gotten away with it

A few months ago I ordered flowers from this company, so I had to give my email address After that, I got a lot of spam emails from this company, which I tried to stop by clicking on the "unsubscribe" icon on its spam email That was over three or so months ago, but I keep getting spam from FTD, sometimes as many as a day I think when I tried to unsubscribe, the volume of spam from FTD even increased
Don't ever make the mistake of giving FTD your regular email address
