Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: I received a phone call I was unavailable to answer because I was driving, and
received a voicemail I called the person who left the voicemail back just a short while later, and there was no answerI had to leave a voicemail I don't have time in my life to play phone tag or have to keep dealing with this nightmare created by YOUR company Just issue the refund and be done with it, pleaseMy next step is the Attorney General

FTD is the worst company to go throughThey never have the product available Then they try to charge you more for a larger item They put you on hold for minutes Sometimes you get someone from another country on the phone They are so shady!!! I will never use them again

We are in receipt of Mr*** feedback about the non-delivery of his item which was a result of the recipient being discharged from the hospital FTD incurred the cost of the flowers that were delivered on the requested date to the recipient who was not at that address.
A full refund has been processed to Mr*** account We have reached out to Mr*** directly to confirm this resolution and received no response

states there is no pending refund activities When I attempted to contact Mr*** I was informed he was (convienently) out of the office Every thing I have been told has not been true

Didn't deliver my order at all Didn't notify me to tell me no florist in my area would be able to deliver product on this date I requested I would have a taken an email or phone call By 5pm central time I contacted customer service and this is how I found out I wasn't getting item I ordered on this dateAgent tried to offer me percent off to have item delivered next day Told them I couldn't trust them they would get order out the next day Customer service agent kept apologizing and telling me she could make any promises If you couldn't delivery product call customerSpoke to supervisor who tried to give me discounts again didn't want discount wanted productThen I got a customer service manager named Joe who basically said the CEO of FTD didn't speak to customers He kept asking me what did I want him to do I told him I wanted to know policy of FTD on contacting customers when order was not received of course he referred me to the web site He didn't know the policy Now my time is very important to me as I make dollars an hour which is not a lot but by this time I have been on phone for over an hour with FTD and all I have is applogies No policy can be read to me Since Joe said customers where not important to the CEOI requested he have someone call me the next day since I'm pretty sure most employees had gone home by this time Later in the evening a nice young lady calls me from customer service and tried to buy me off with a dollar gift card That doesn't pay for shipping and I didn't call for free stuff I just wanted my order to my ill wife to be delivered I'm not wanting free stuff I'm just want the policy on contacting people My ultimate compliment from this company would be for the CEO to call me so Joe thecustomer service manager understands the boss of a large corporation does care about their customers Just to let you know my records will indicate this is the second time my order was not delivered to my zip code in a little over a year *** area code has approximately to thousand people living within zip code Thank you for your time Jason *** ***.com

FTD.com did call me and we agreed to what WOULD resolve the issueI received the "Apology Flower Arrangement" todayUpon opening the box, the flowers WERE NOT FRESH & I was not satisfiedAt least people in the school office agreed with comments like "that's not accecptable" and "I know nothing about flowers but as a husband I know enough NOT to bring those flowers home." Also, I have not received confirmation from my nephew that the credit has appeared on his card statement

FTD does not care about their customers, they only care about their money
I ordered flowers for my daughter for the Mother’s day on 05/05/with delivery on 05/07-05/
Flowers was never delivered even they sent to me confirmation email that they was delivered
I paid $for delivery
They ruined what was supposed to be a special moment for my daughter
She just had a small boy and this was for her first Mother’s day and FTD ruined it
