I purchased a beautiful and expensive arrangement through FTD for Mothers DayMy mom sent me a picture of what she receivedThe arrangement was NOTHING like I had ordered, smaller and very cheap - not even the flowers I picked or the colorI could have bought flowers at the grocery store and a vase - saved a lot of money and it would have been nicerI wrote a complaint on their siteThey said they would send her a new arrangement and gave me a small discount on the next orderMy mother NEVER received a replacementI complained again and then the gave me a 20% discount and said they would send her a replacementAgain, nothing ever receivedThey just want me to buy more but don't care that I was not happy at 1st and do not keep their promiseI have ordered flowers from a lot of places - do it a couple times a year for my momI have never been upset with what I orderedFTD costs more then most sites and what you choose has nothing to do with what they send - so why bother posting a picture of flowers

What I ordered and paid for was not what was shipped and receivedI ordered what is called the Sunlit Blooms Bouquet 15-S3D even upgraded to "Better" at $plus $for delivery and what mom received yellow roses, and a handful of daisiesNot a beautiful bouquet like they show online or what they charged meI could have done better job going myselfThe four roses were off to the side not spaced and the daisies well I could see are stems and a few bloomsHORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! Never again FTD, you have lost my business!!!!!

I don't think they care about their customersI wanted to do something nice for my motherShe lost her sister and I couldn't attend the funeralI ordered a plant from FTD on a Friday for a Monday deliveryI received an email stating my delivery was a success, it was notNothing was deliveredFtd said they try again, nothingThey promised delivery again for the next day, guess what? NOTHING! No explanation, no reason given, they never called meI finally was issued a refund, but what a horrible experienceI had to call times, this was not a difficult address to find in my hometownNow I feel frustrated that I couldn't do something nice for my grieving mother

I ordered an arrangement online with FTD,com
After days, I never received any communication back as if the delivery was made
After inquiry with the expected recipient, I discovered they never received an arrangement which I was charged over $I was never given any communication that the local florist was "unavailable"I did not receive a refund until I called an confronted FTD.com with the issueTotally unacceptable business behaviorHow many people have been ripped off in this similar fashion?

We are in receipt of Ms***'s feedback about the non-delivery of the item orderedA full refund has been posted to her payment method in addition to a complimentary arrangement being sent for the recipient to enjoy We have been in contact with Ms*** directly to confirm

I ordered flowers for my boyfriends mother for valentines day on 1/It was supposed to be delivered on 2/and I got a confirmation email stating it shipped at 2:pmI ended up calling them later on that night because it still wasn't deliveredI called twice and was hung up on both timesI called for the third time and they had no explanation where my order was! I was advised I'd get a $credit sent to my email for the inconvenienceI only got an apology email with no creditSo I called again 3/asking where my credit wasThe representative Allan *** said he will refund me my $shipping and it'll take business days depending on my bank, we even verified my credit card numberI asked him to send me an email while I was on the phone with him and he said he couldn't do that which made no senseSo we hung up and the email said a payment of was posted to my payment methodFirst off, it is pennies off, second, I don't want my refund anymore, I just want everyone to know how poor of this companies customer service is! I would never refer anyone to this company

Ordered flowers to be sent to my aunt for Mother's Day Order was placed 5/5/Mother's Day was 5/7/ Flowers were not delivered Called customer service was offered an upgrade and was told that flowers would be delivered 5/8/ Surprise surprise no flowers were delivered today Nor did I receive an email as promised Called customer service again today was offered a 25% discount and was told flowers would be delivered 5/9/ I have absolutely no confidence in FTD FTD service is atrocious Don't use them if you need flowers to arrive in a timely manner

I had placed this order on Tuesday the 24th for the same day delivery and to make a surpriseThe initial delivery was presumably done but she never received the flowersOn Wednesday I called customer service to enquire and was told that someone would get back to me within hoursOn Thursday I followed up because I did not get any feedbackI was assured that there would another delivery scheduled for FridayOn Friday I followed up again and was told that there would be a delivery on SaturdayI followed on Saturday and received an apology and reassurance that there would be a Sunday deliveryAnd finally on Sunday I called times to ensure that things were on track
This is by far the worst customer service I have seen in a long timeIt simply comes down to deception and inability to deliver on promises that have been madeI am really surprised that they are in business if this is the type of customer service that they offer but you can be certain that I will not only never use their services

I ordered flowers in plenty of time to be delivered on a certain date They were not deliveredI called customer service and they hung up on meThey were delivered on a different dateThen I received an email that said they were delivered as scheduled…
