We are in receipt of Mr*** feedback about the non-delivery of his item which was a result of the recipient being
discharged from the hospital
FTD incurred the cost of the flowers that were delivered on the requested date to the recipient who was not at that address.
A full refund has been processed to Mr*** account
We have reached out to Mr*** directly to confirm this resolution and received no response

I am very disappointed in the Customer Service of FTD Flowers and the company as a wholeI was on the phone for over an hour on Tuesday night 5/3, and finally spoke to a supervisor who charged me to change the delivery location of mother's day Flowers I orderedThis supervisor assured me the change was made, and charged my credit card for an additional feeI received an email tonight to track my order and the CHANGE TO DELIVERY ADDRESS NEVER OCCURED, but they sure did charge me extra! I would expect very high customer service, instead am left very disappointedI should be credited the extra amount AND have the flowers delivered to the address that the supervisor assured me they would be! I was on the phone for 1hr last night, 5/5, with a representative who tells me that the flowers I ordered on Tuesday will not get to correct address until MONDAY 5/9, after I was told by a supervisory DAYS AGO THAT THINGS WERE CORRECTED AND THE FLOWERS WOULD BE DELIVERED SATURDAY!
I asked to speak to a supervisor, at which time the representative "Darren" said the supervisor was too busyI am their customer and should be their priority - they work in Customer Service!

I am rejecting this response because: The website has not been update and FTD is still charging people more than the price that you are asked to confirm when you put in your credit card information I
was able to cancel this through my bank, but that doesn't mean that FTD isn't ripping off other clients Please warn potential customers.

I am a bit leery ordering flowers online (ftd.com), in addition to using a coupon, not knowing what will be sent My suspicions were confirmed when I was able to see what was actually delivered It did not look anything like what was promised in the photo I notified customer service of my disappointment the next day after delivery via their website but never received a response This was a typical "Bait and Switch" scenario Order# FII

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a patient in the hospitalFTD called to say there was no one in the hospital under the name I gave themI called the hospital myself, gave the name and was told what room she was inI gave the room # to FTD and was assured the flowers would be deliveredIn fact, I got an email about an hour later saying the flowers had been deliveredSo far, so goodBut then today FTD called again to say they were unable to deliver the flowersThere is no patient with the name I gave themDevu! I told the woman who called the story from yesterday and she just said We can't deliver these flowersI gave her the room # and she said she'd ask the guy in "receiving" to deliver the flowers to the roomSo these flowers have been sitting at the loading dock for two days in the hot summer heatI'm sure they look greatAnd I'm not sure they will ever get deliveredI asked for a refund and the best FTD would do is a 20% discountI will NOT be using FTD againThank goodness for competition

We are in receipt of Mr*** feedback We have suppressed the
customer’s email address from our promotional email list. This may take days to complete

ordered flowers for my wife on mothers dayBouquet was not at all what I orderedIt was nothing more then a few daisy's and carnations( and mostly old and dead) thinks twice before ordering from FTD

satisfactionFTD sent my Mother flowers days after Mothers Day, the delivery date promised, and after I had already got a flower arrangement sent to her through another floristI guess at this point I want a $credit toward future deliveriesI have spent way to much time trying to get this resolved to my satisfaction
