I am sorry, but I think you are misunderstanding what the points our
representative was trying to relayAs our web site states on every product
listing page, a year limited warranty accompanies each product we sell and
shipIf you had any questions regarding the warranty you were certainly

Authorized dealers are required to sell their products at Manufactures
Suggests Retail PriceThis is the main reason why

because this industry can get quite expensive when upgrading and purchasing

Most manufacturers don’t mind their products being bought below MSRP and

We have even caught manufacturers completely lying to our customers and
persuading them to return the product to us and then directed them to go buy
from an authorized dealer near themThese manufacturers tell customers that
even after the first year’s manufacturer’s warranty is up they still won’t take
this customers camera in, even for a paid repairYou can confirm for yourself
that is a lie by calling up any of authorizes service / repair centers in your
areaThese centers can be found on the manufacturer’s web site under service
and repairsThey will in fact work on the product if it needs to be repaired
You will be pleased to see that they will work on your camera
There was absolutely nothing that was misrepresented on our web siteThe
product had indeed been returned and was already refundedA 15% restocking fee
was assessed as state in our policies for all returned merchandise

Mostly just adding this review since I saw so many negative ones after I had ordered, which had me a bit worried prior to receiving my orderI ordered a Sony PXW-Xon 12/** after seeing a pretty decent discount compared to retail(about 11% off)
A few hours after placing my order I received an email and voicemail telling me I needed to call them back to finalize my order, when I did they confirmed the shipping address then tried to upsell me on a couple things like spare batteries and extended protection plan, but they didn't press at all when I declined
My only gripe with this process was that the email went to spam and if I hadn't checked my voicemail quickly I unknowingly would have delayed my camera shipping outThey shipped via *** for free, and it arrived much earlier than quoted(quoted 5-business days, it arrived on 12/**, so only days later)
Package arrived with everything in new mint condition, zero complaints about the shipping or actual product received

This is regarding Complaint*** It has been two weeks since Fumfie supposedly issued a check I have not yet received it and honestly do not expect to receive it Fumfie has repeatedly shown over the months I have been dealing with them that they are willing to say they will send a check but never actually send it This has been the 3rd time that has happened.I sent email since I couldn't update in Revdex.com because I had previously rejected response saying no check yet received a week ago

The problems began April **,as is evidenced in the data contained in the over exposed photos sent to Fumfie in MayThis negates the day refund period which is for undamaged goods anywayThe intermittent problem still exists after they had it looked at twice by their techniciansThey claim to offer a year warranty yet they refuse to spend anymore money on repairing it (see attachment) and Nikon won't service it due to its 'gray market' statusWhat am I to do with this defective camera that can't be repaired? Fumfie is obfuscating and disingenuous with their response There are a few CRITICAL items that they have not mentioned:Fumfie has declined to send me a box for me to ship the item back ...HOWEVER-- The receiver is still under *** Warranty*** has indicated they will ship me a box to return the item to them for repair Everything for freeSo why bwould I ship this at my own expense to Fumfie where they will ship it to ***? Why did I pay for a Warranty? I was sold a FUMFIE warranty (under pressure by a Fumfie salesman) who indicated that the receiver will be replaced with a NEW one if anything goes wrong with itBUT-- NOW, Fumfie wants me to find a box, pay postage, and send the receiver to them so *THEY* will send to *** for repairs This makes absoluteley no sense Why have I paid the Warranty from Fumfie for when I can do the same thing directly with *** for free? Again, I can do the same thing with *** and FREEFumfie is clearly unethical by charging me for a Warranty that is no different than an existing *** Warranty.I will not accept anything less than a BRAND NEW replacement of my receiver (I will pay for an upgraded device BTW) by FumfieOnce the I have the receiver I will send the broken one back and they can do whatever they like with it.NOTE: This is not an isolated issue with Fumfie, a cursory search will reveal they have a very poor record and repeated unethical behavior.

I have yet to receive a return phone call or email from anyone from fumfieI attempted times yesterday to call but remained on hold for over minutes before hanging upI contacted *** *** warranty company who advised me they do provide warranty coverage on products sold by fumfie but was advised my washer / dryer was never even registered by fumfieI filled out a claims facilitation form at their request and am waiting to hear back from the warranty companyAgain I still have not spoken to anyone or had any arrangements made to have the extended warranty work scheduledAny statement to the contrary by the company is a complete fabricationI will gladly provide the Revdex.com acess to my phone and email accounts to prove this.

This complaint has not been resolved. I did receive a response from Fumfie, first admonishing me for not know that they sold grey market product, and they offered for me to return the product and they would inspect and get back to me with a potential return allowance. First off there is ZERO chance that I would trust them since they were deceptive to begin with and secondly, I cannot be without my camera for any unknown length of time.
 
The only acceptable remedy is that I receive an original (USA MFG) Nikon D610 with the 5-year warranty and I will immediately return the 'copy' import to Fumfie.

Fumfie still has not refunded my money. They DID contact me via telephone because of Revdex.com (thank you) and informed me the order is cancelled and that they would refund my money in full, but my credit card has not been credited that money 5 hours after their voicemail, not even pending. I will consider the matter resolved when the money has been refunded. On [redacted], I've had two different users contact me directly referencing my review of Fumfie there, also claiming being ripped off by Fumfie. Fumfie has no business doing transactions with the American public. Of course, that is my opinion, and most likely the opinion of several other [redacted] reviewers.

I recently purchased a Phantom 4 drone with many accessories from Fumfie. Their price was well below anything else I could find. I was very hesitant about making a purchase from this company after reading the reviews. The sales associate acknowledged they had some issues in the past and were working hard to build back their reputation. I took a chance and can say they delivered on their promises. All products were brand new and well packaged. Yes, I'd purchase from these folks again.

This customers ordered a product. They did not test the product out before purchasing it. The manufacturers specifications, documentation and marketing material are all specific and fact based. The customer is entitled to have their own opinion on the product they purchased. If they have buyers...

remorse, that is acceptable as well. However the company policies, were valid and do govern the terms of the sale. The product was not defective and the customer received exactly what it is that was ordered. customer had buyers remorse and changed their mind about the product they want. The return policies are specific, the product was returned and was treated as a standard return.
