I am rejecting this response because: they haven't done anything about what has happened. They didn't say anything about when they took money from my credit card even though the person on the phone said that it was rejected. They also said that I had to be sent the jewelry, even though I repeatedly said that I didn't want it, and that I wouldn't have to pay for any of it until fourteen days after I got the jewelry. They had then took money from my account when they sent the jewelry, and only when I called again did they say anything about sending credit after I sent the package back. By the way, the package didn't have telebrand jewelry on it.

Dear Revdex.com,   We are sorry that the customer was not happy with our first response.   Normally we do ask for this to come back so we can see what happened to it and ask that they just pay a small shipping charge for the replacement to be sent to them. I am rejecting this response because: This company continues to lie and seemingly get's away with it. In their response to Revdex.com of New Jersey, they state that my order was shipped on 12/3/15 which is not true. According to my tracking update from FED EX dated for 12/7/15, it states that a ticket was created with a anticipated shipping date of 12/7/15. A ticket created does not mean that a package has been shipped. Today is 12/9/15 and there is still no shipping information available. I still want the product, just hate the dishonesty. What am I to believe now? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I'm not sure why they say they do not have my address. I've emailed it close to a dozen times. Also, this puts me in the position of trying to get an email to them with my address to resolve this. Trying to get them an email has been very unsatisfactory. At times the correct address would come back that their box had reached it's quota and could not complete the sending. This sent me in a spiral of emailing and calling which went around and around. We shall see if this resolves it or not.
