I am rejecting this response because:
When I contacted Sterling Jewelry, Wanda was very rude and not helpful.  We received the item that we did not authorize a purchase for and would like to return it.  I do expect the Telebrand company to pay for the return shipping since we never authorized the purchase of this item.  Wanda informed us that they would not pay for the return shipping.  Not sure what to do at this point.

As long as they understand I have two that blew on the inside.  I spoke to the 800 number that I posted at the beginning of the complaint.  I emailed the company too,, after no reply and being rejected from the phone call I decided to turn to the Revdex.com. Do they need my address?

I am rejecting this response because:Sorry for the late response to the compliant  but was not received.  I received a message that the compliant was closed with no further action because I did not respond, but as I said I did not receive the response from Atomic Beam. [redacted] [redacted] of your location resent it to me today. I disagree with their comment that they take complaints seriously they did not treat me fairly or with respect.  They lied each time I called stating the product was to be shipped. They charged my card without having product and only after my compliant to their customer service refunded me my monies.  The second item they just keep saying wait for 6 weeks and it will be shipped. The ad was still on air even after I was told no product was available.  It appears to me that they took orders and them they purchase the items for resale. They did not handle me, my order or my compliant in a serious manner.  I would like a better resolution to the compliant one that is fair to me.  The ads are on the air again and I guess the result will be the same.  It seems that it is business as usual and let the consumer beware

transpired below on behalf of Telebrands.   We are very sorry that the customer had a bad experience with their ordering experience for the Star Shower.    Order [redacted] received 9/28/2016 Star Shower Motion Set of 6 = $299.94   The customer did notify us on 10/6/2016 that they did not intend to order 6 sets of the Star Shower, they only ordered 1 set.  We issued a prepaid label to be sent to the email address on at [redacted] with RMA# [redacted].  So far we have not received anything back yet.  Since quality customer service is very important to us, I will issue a credit of $299.99 customer’s account for the return of the Star Showers.    We thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention.   Sincerely, Customer Service Specialist
