I am rejecting this response because:This company promised to cancel my order on 12/7/Additionally, they advised that nothing would be charged and furthermore they advised that a refund would be processed and as a result of their negligence my bank account is now overdrawn by $for two separate overdraft fees, one for the original overdraft and a second for extended overdraftIf they would have cancelled my order as requested this would have never happenedI am requesting a full refund $97.40, plus the $in overdraft fees

These people are a bunch of Liar's, I have in my computer TWENTY emails sent and received from their Customer Service and they are always the same Evasive, Need more information, and in General nothing but a runaroundI have already told them that My wife bought this Junk off the *** site, so there was no receipt, no paper trail, just a credit card charge, which I cannot findIt was in November of I have provided my Name, Phone number, ETCto no Avail at allThey keep saying in their emails that they want to give me a $voucher to buy another Star Shower, and I have repeatedly Stated that I do not Want another one, I want a REFUND, the product is junk, and I do not want itThen they told me to Package,Insure, and send it back to them in Van Nies California??? I do believe this is a RIP OFF company, that just wants to take every ones moneyWell I want mine back as the product only worked for weeks, and I have been trying to get a refund ever since, Almost a year now
