Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.However, I would like to add to the business that nowhere in the product description does it say it takes 3-weeks to make, nor was I ever told that even after my initial complaintI was simply told a variety of excuses for why it had not shipped yet.I received a receipt noting that the refund was authorized, however have NOT received a refund back on my credit card yetI will continue to check my credit card statement for the refund to appearIf it does not, I will follow up again Sincerely, [redacted]
