Review: On 10-**-14 I ordered a sleeping bag as a Christmas present and shortly after received an email saying it was out of stock and would be back in around 10-**-14. I got charged $60 for this product right away (not like you normally would when it's shipped) and I continually checked to see if it was ready and on 12-**-14 I noticed it shipped finally. As I'm waiting I'm still checking on it. I looked up the tracking info and it said it was already delivered to somewhere in [redacted]. I tried to email and ask them about it on 12-**-14 but still haven't heard anything back.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded it was 49.95 plus 9.95 s/h

Review: I purchased a Lexibook Laptop Master from the [redacted] website on 12/*/14 for my daughter for Christmas. When the laptop arrived, its operating system was in French and could not be changed to English. This was nowhere disclosed on the [redacted] website. I have been in contact with [redacted] no less than 5 times (starting in 12/**) and was twice assured a refund. I received a Refund Merchandise Authorization number of [redacted]. I sent the laptop back -- it was delivered on 2/*/15 -- and have still not received a refund.Desired Settlement: I paid $163.95, which I want returned to me.

[redacted], purchased a Lexibook Laptop Master from us back on Dec. [redacted] 2014. She contacted us for instructions on how to change the lexibook language from French to English. We promptly sent the instructions to her on how to change the format. Unfortunately, the formatting did not work. The item was sent back to us and [redacted] was refunded in full including shipping costs. Regards, [redacted]

Review: I have never been so disappointed and unsatisfied with a company like fantasy toyland. On the website it says "hassle free returns and exchanges", THIS IS NOT TRUE. I received my costume quickly, but it was too small so I wanted to exchange it for a large. I PAID for a shipping label $11.00, I called customer service and let them know and I informed them I would need the costume by August [redacted]. The representative said "OH IT SHOULD BE THERE BY THEN" I believed him because Fantasy Toyland received my return on AUGUST [redacted]. A week went by and no email or anything saying my item had been shipped back. I called three times, each customer service representative stating the same thing "WE PUT YOUR REQUEST IN BUT THAT IS ALL WE CAN DO". THE ONLY INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN SHIP ITEMS IS NOT HERE" I asked to speak to a supervisor and apparently he is the one who deals with returns and ships them out. NEVER SPOKE TO HIM. AUGUST [redacted] and still my costume had not been shipped back, so I asked for a refund and ordered the costume on ebay and PAID for EXTRA shipping because I ran out of time because of the service from Fantasy Toyland. I got half of my refund back because they do not refund shipping!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be spreading the word not to do business with this joke of a company. I feel scammed and mistreated. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would at the very least like to have my shipping refunded after everything I had to deal with. All I needed was a larger size costume, and after two weeks of not getting it I had to go to another company and purchase it in order to get it in on time.

Review: Ordered a product, after realizing it was the wrong size returned the product and ordered another in a different size. The company has received the returned item, but haven't given me the refund yet since 11/**/2013. I've had emails and 8 conversations with customer service. I have yet to see my refund of $44.13. I have been told they are waiting for a credit memo from "the warehouse". I am beyond frustrated and just want my money returned.Desired Settlement: I am beyond frustrated and just want my money returned.
