to return the item. We authorized a return
merchandise number for the costume to be return to us. Once, the costume was returned we
followed
our return policy for all costumes purchased in the month of October. Tell us why here

Once the costumes comes back, it will be processed by the return department.?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID#? ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The response from this company is unacceptableI was told when I called to tell them that the item was defective that I would be refunded in full for the item and the shipping, ? all I had to do was take a picture of the item and send it to them and then they would send me the RMA number to return it? they never emailed me back after multiple emails to them which they ignored I have all the emails on file and I was originally told that the shipping was around and then I order it only to find out that it was $? I didn't even complain about that? Why does your company tell me that it's going to be $for shipping and then after I placed the order it turned out to be $26.51? ? I paid $for the costume and $for the shipping now they want me to send it back and pay for the shipping to send it back and when they get it, they determine if they want to give me my money backwhat is the point of me even returning it? This is bad business and unprofessional? This is not customer service ? The is a scamThey do this to all the customers ? I read all the complaints online? If I would've read them ahead of time I would've never ordered from this company? I want my money refunded in ? entirety as promised from the customer service rep? ?

to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.However, I would like to add to the business that nowhere in the product description does it say it takes 3-weeks to make, nor was I ever told that even after my initial complaintI was simply told a variety of excuses for why it had not shipped yet.I received a receipt noting that the refund was authorized, however have NOT received a refund back on my credit card yetI will continue to check my credit card statement for the refund to appearIf it does not, I will follow up again

defective? Per the image that was sent, it was determined at that time the item was not defective? ? The item can be returned to our return department within days of receiving the item to have a fuller inspection done on the costume.? If the item is defective the customer will be refund the order, if the item shows it’s not defective it will be treated like a regular return?

If you fully read my initial complaint you would realize that after a full week, business days included in that, when I made a call and got a horrible experienceI was told that the package had yet to shipI paid for the product because I was under the impression it would take business days to shipWhich was not the caseI have sent back the product and do expect a full refund, shipping included, in order to close out this complaint?

personalized fire fighter costume you need to first choose a size.? Once you choose the size you then can choose
to have the item personalized, which it shows the price for just the child name
or child name and city.? ? As the product description says, “You can even have the
costume personalized with his
name? and? city for an additional cost!”? All this information is right there before you add the costume to your

complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The item that was being tracked said that it was shipped and dropped off at my door. The was never delivered to my door  There was someone home all day and it never came. The item was in fact never delivered to my door like the attached tracking document states. The item was a costume and cramming it into the mailbox was not the agreement I had for delivery because of damage that would accrue placing the item into the small box. The  fact the item was delivered on 11/* jammed into a mailbox is not what I had agreed upon for shipping and handling of this item nor is it how the tracking system said it was delivered. The point is that I never received my item the day it said it was delivered. And then the customer service employee would not listen to my complaint or try to resolve it with the responsible parties if they are not at fault instead he hung up the phone on me. All I am asking is for a full refund because the item was not delivered according to tracking.
