Dear *** I was able to locate all of the transactions leading to all of the reservations made for Injustice and Crash BandicootIn total, there were transactions done for a GameStop employee involving reservations and cancellationsI was able to discover the very first transaction for Injustice was June of and then through a series of reserves/cancellations, Injustice Versus Collection was reserved 5/5/and then picked up 5/19/17, after the 5/launch date I have submitted a “Store Issue” form on your behalf pertaining to the raffle conducted at the reservation pick up store, number This will notify the district leader for further investigation I am not able to 100% guarantee the keychain but will research further to see if one can be obtained and mailed to youIf you have additional questions, I am here for you*** *|Revdex.com Liaison| GameStop | Service Matters

I am rejecting this response because I doubt that the District Manager will be able to get my money backI would spend more time having to explain myself again which will take more time for me to get my money back. Essentially you are telling me to wait up to days to speak to the DM, and then after try to reach a resolution in hopes of me getting my money back that was taken because of mistakes made by your employees or is it simply advertising?This isnt rightI am just looking to get this resolved and be done with itIt's not my dishonesty that had me pay $that I shouldnt have
