Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I had to contact Steam support on multiple occasions to have this resolved but of course they followed through faster than Gamestop would haveI think there are more games (other than the received) under my account that Gamestop is failing to provide meWhich includes Nancy Drew: Ransom of the Seven Ships; Nancy Drew: The Haunting of Castle Malloy, Nancy Drew: The Phantom of Venice and Nancy Drew: The Danger by DesignIt would be just like Gamestop to only provide the games that a customer service work told me aboutI went two years before they would even tell me that I had an account!

Good morning, ***On behalf of GameStop, we apologize for this poor experience in association with our company.I am truly sorry for all of the trouble you've been through trying to get this matter resolved, and for the frustration it caused youPlease know it was never in GameStop's
intentions to put you in this sort of position. For downloadable content, we are unable to process returns or exchanges on it, because downloadable content is a 'one-time use' product and once the code is shipped/used there is nothing to perform a return/exchange withWhile it is not within GameStop's return policy to issue refunds for downloadable content, I am more than happy to step outside of our policy to offer a one-time courtesy and issue a full refund on the order so that you can repurchase it for the correct platformWe are unable to place orders or replacement orders for downloadable content directly on our end, because our ordering system will not actually send you the code and will instead be stuck in 'limbo'. I understand that you had some concerns as well regarding payment and how the transaction was just now pending on your credit card statementWhile the order was placed in August, GameStop does not charge for orders until the product is shippedAn authorization will be placed on the card once the order is getting ready to be sent, and then once it's been shipped a settlement on that authorization will take place A full refund of the order ($160.30), has been processed back to your original payment methodDepending on your financial institution, it can take them anywhere between 3-business days to process itI would like to advise that if it has been past the provided time frame and you still have not seen it post, please do not hesitate to reach back out to me so that I coordinate with your financial institution to ensure that those funds are received. Although I must say this online system should be more convenient and faster then the store and it isn'tSo this will probably be the last time I use the online purchasingI just purchased a playstation store gift card and its telling me it could take 24-hours to credit the points on my card? That is absurdThank you for the refund, but the hassle is just not worth itI will use the store from now on
