I suggest you pull the call that I made using my telephone number. I am more than sure the conversation between GameStop and one of it employees will show this information. Furthermore, I don't like being lied to nor a company not holding their word in regards to a small $20 - 30 dollars that I never asked for but was promised to me due to the bad service. Also, your one sentence to two sentence answers show that your a horrible individual to handle customer relations. I guess GameStop rather lose customers than keep then and if they keep doing what they're doing they're going to lose a lot over the next year.Revdex.com:

Dear [redacted]   I have now reset the gift card amount that was allotted for the order through GameStop as well as reset the order itself in attempts to reprocess so the order will complete. I am able to see pending charges for $56.22. I can only assume this would be for your ThinkGeek order as I do not have the capability to look up orders from them.   It appears that you have a working balance of $43.78. I am rejecting this response because:I have had only one billing address for years and every single business that accepts either debit or credit card have accepted my billing address. When I originally started the order, I had done this online myself, and Gamestop did tag my card with a minor transaction in order to validate it. "If we receive this rejection, then the order is usually cancelled unless information on the billing for the order and card is updated accordingly. Again, we apologize for any confusion, however if this is the case we suggest reaching out to your bank to clarify what they have listed as your billing and mailing address." How on Earth is Gamestop able to update anything if they do not contact the customer if there's a problem? Is Gamestop the only company in the country that simply gives up and not contact their customer base if there is an issue? I heard the excuse about contacting my financial institute on the several phone calls I had, but whatam I to tell them? That they have my correct address listed correctly? Attached are screenshots of the two billing addresses on the two separate cards. Please advise me on how that can be incorrect at my financial institution if that is what my financial institution has? The last order, which I'm still not convinced will go through, finally had to use the shipping address as the billing address and ruin my girlfriend's surprise as she had to pay for it with her card, and I having to pay her back for it. That is ridiculous I have to go through that. Further proof I believe it is either their system, or something shady going on behind the scenes is the fact I had to process my online order more than once due to an error I had received on their online site to order, but it appeared on my paypal account. When I called them, they stated the order did not in fact go through, even though they found the order. This prompted them to place the order on their end in the first place, using the same information I did, with the same exact billing address which I showed in the earlier screen captures. Before Gamestop starts waving their finger at the financial institution, they should probably check their system and how they check and verify information.
