I am rejecting this response because:Gamestop states that my account was canceled due to misuseWhat misuse is that? Is it adding point to my account? I earned those points through legitimate sources, including shopping at Gamestop and survey website esurveyThe points were readded to my account by a Gamestop representative when the account was accidentally canceled on Gamestop's end, for which I was very thankful forI used it several times since this event up until I was prevented from logging inNothing I have done was misuse other than trusting Gamestop.As for the account being cancelled, why do I continuously receive e-mails mentioning how many points I have on my account? If my account was cancelled by Gamestop so long ago, why do e-mails reminding me to use such and such number of points state otherwise? This response feels like yet another brush off from a company I trusted for many year.I shall not create a new account when I already have one with points I full-well earned properlyMy use of Gamestop's stores provided those points to meMy regular re-subscription to Gamestop's program earned those pointsMy love of Gamestop helped those points continue to grow as my store card has been regularly taped back together from constant use on my keys.On October 4, I received a correction e-mail stating my account had not been cancelledThis very e-mail confirms that the response to my complain is incorrectI have attached a snapshot of this e-mail.All I ask for is an apology in the form of my account and points.Regards,
