I am rejecting this response because: I am sick of their generic answersMy financial institution did not put any of the holds or charges on my account- GameStop did - GameStop caused me overdraft fees with multiple holds for different amounts not my financial institutionWhen will they own up and take responsibility? If this is correct and a hold for the full amount of the order is automatically placed - why then was a second hold put on days later for the item they didn't ship? A totally different amount than the initial "system initiated " hold???? GameStop only cares about money and making sales - not good customer service and I most certainly will share this experience on social media in hopes that my friends can share as well to make people aware
