Not sure how to answer this but I did speak to the district manager who tried to make amends, he was friendly and understanding of my problem and offered to send a gift cardAs of today it has been about a weekend I have received nothing

I have no receipt as it was taken by the employee when I moved it from one console to the otherBut I have screenshots of what it is showing in my power up rewards account. It lists the pre-order amount unclaimed. If I can see this why can't they see it and action it on their end?

My total refund should have been $You only sent me small refunds of $and $Where is the rest of what you owe me? The amount you still owe me is $Where is this amount at? I paid with paypal so it should be refunded to paypal. I only received partial refunds that don't match up to what I returnedI've attached the details from PaypalI've also attached my order showing what I ordered and what I returnedI already know I don't get refunded for shipping or taxI'm also not requesting a refund for the downloadI only want the full refund for the eye camera's and the motion controllers
