I definitively recommend Garage Door Medics! Gene was the specialist that helped me. He was punctual, did a great job on my garage door and answered all my questions! I appreciate his polite and professional manners, and given that Garage Door Medics have a consumer for life!!

[redacted] always does a great job. This is the 2nd time here has been to my home in 2 years. I find that he really knows his business.

One year ago (Feb. 2015) I experienced a problem with my garage door. [redacted] with Garage Door Medics repaired and serviced the garage door. He was professional and shared his knowledge and trouble shooting work with me as he repaired the door. He has all the necessary tools and equipment to complete the task.
[redacted] came out in March 2016 to complete an annual inspection and tune-up on my garage door. Once again, he did a great job! He called prior to arrival, arrived on time, and completed the tune-up in about 30 minutes. Good Job!

Happily, [redacted] arrived in the 1st hour of a 4 hour window. He was professional, personable, and efficient. Our garage door is working like new. I would definitly recommend Garage Door Medics to my family, friends and colleagues.

I called the toll free number late on Wednesday night. My information was taken and I requested an early time slot on Thursday. The appointments hours were between 10-2. [redacted] called and was at my home before just a little after 10. He was very professional and ready to work. He started work and gave me the estimate quickly. As he worked, being a curious person that likes to watch people do things I know I should not try to do like working with springs on a garage door, he was very much able to talk about his work, his experiences, and keep me informed while doing a very quick repair and alignment of the door. Thank you for providing us with...

notice that Mr. [redacted] (The Customer) has exerted a daimagainst our Contractor's Bond. f'or your reference, [have enclosed a copy of our originalresponse letter dated December 26, 20] 4 which was sent out prior to seeing Mr. [redacted] fom1alcomplaint and photographs. This Jetter includes the original, s igned service ticket (front andback) for lhe service call we completed at The Customer's residence on November 22, 2014 aswell as a copy of the service ticket from our second visit to The Customer's residence onDecember 1st 2014.Whereas we strive to please every customer (as our online review history shows), sometimes acustomer cannot be made happy. We believe we have already gone above and beyond to try toassist Mr. [redacted] by resetting his garage door for free on December 1, 2014.
Mr. [redacted] 's allegations are adamantly denied as there was no violation of Califomia Businessand Professions Code: 7109 (A) implying "A willful departure in any material respect fromaccepted trade standards for good and workmanlike constroction (which) constitutes a cause fordisciplinaty action, unless the departure was in accordance with plans and specificationsprepared by or under the direct supervision of an architect. "
In summation:1. The photographs provided by The Customer are clearly showing pictures of a garagedoor that came "off track"- This occurs to a garage door when the garage door rollers areworn and/or the door is closed and hits an obstruction.2_ The Customer was shown during our initial visit on November 22, 2014 that the rollersand end bearings on his garage door were severely worn and needed to be replaced_3. The Customer was informed in writing during that visit that he needed the rollers and the' end bearings replaced in order for the door to function properly.4. The Customer declined to have the needed repairs completed on his garage door,choosing instead to have just a portion of the necessary repairs completed at that lime.5. The Customer signed our work order approving the partial servicing of his garage doorand signed where the work order reads "I wish to have only partial service performed atthis time. I understand that Garage Door medics docs not recommend this and I willrelinquish them of any liability for any future damages or accidents that may result fromnot following the technician's recommendations."6. The work we did complete for The Customer per our written contract was thereplacement of two garage door springs - You will note in The Customer's photographs,there was nothing wrong with the spring installation the pictures provided by TheCustomer appear to show a door coming ''off track" which occurs when the garage doorrollers are warn and/or the door hits an obstruction.7. The Customer's door was not damaged by work completed by a Garage Door Medicstechnician, nor was his door damaged by a lack of contracted work to be completedGarage Door Medics.8. Lastly, the proposal provided by The Customer from Mesa Garage Door is an estimatefor a replacement garage door. It does NOT indicate anywhere on the estimate that theirtechnician could find fault with work previously done. lt simply shows the cost forreplacing The Customer's garage door.
In conclusion, we are sad to hear that Mr. [redacted] continues to have issues with his garage door butfind we are not in any way responsible for those issues. Please review the attached originaldispute letter sent to your offices on December 26th, 2014.

I had already sent one company away that morning that showed up and misrepresented the price they quoted over the phone, and another who showed up without an appointment that tried to charge me for an inspection I didn't order. I was not in a trusting mood by the time Garage Door Medics showed up. But I have to say it was finally a good experience. [redacted] was the office staff who answered all my questions/concerns, and gave me the exact amount I would be charged to replace the garage door spring. He was very patient and helpful. [redacted]. was the technician who came out and replaced the spring. He showed up on time, was polite, fast, informative, and didn't try to sell me something extra that I didn't want. I would recommend this company to others -- Thank you!

Had major problem with my garage door (seemed major to me) fell off tracks / broke opener.. Called on 1/1/16 am thinking no way to get door repaired "New Years Day"
I was told they would have tech to my house by 12:00 , [redacted] arrived on time & looked @ the door & said it could be repaired .. 1.5 hr later job done for the price quoted.
Now the New Year did not start out as bad as it seemed.

[redacted] was awesome from start to finish, he was there to lube and inspect the parts, he kindly explained what he was going to do before he did it. As the work progressed he noticed a few things that needed fixing, he pointed them out to me and gave me a price in a nice way where I didn't feel any pressure to buy the part or service. Next time I call Garage Door Medics I will ask for [redacted] by name.

I called Garage Door Medics to schedule a tune up on our 16' overhead door. [redacted] set me up for an appointment in a couple of days. They sent an intro email and [redacted] called when he was on his way. He arrived near the beginning of the time "window" and was cheerful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He evaluated and tuned up the door, explained why it could use an additional support cross rail near the bottom of the door (had one at the top), and cleared and reprogrammed the opener for our remote (still waiting for the second from the sellers). I purchased the rail and, being handy, decided to install it myself and save a few dollars. All went very well. This was a very positive experience.
