Both springs on our garage door were broken *** arrived early, fixed them within minutes, adjusted the cage of the motor so it wouldn't be as noisy, and gave us the "spring special" which was extremely reasonable He was very friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions I've recently had a bad experience with a repair man, so his professionalism was a breath of fresh air

*** *** came at the promised time and did a very good job diagnosing and fixing the problems with my garage doorHe told me how to replace two malfunctioning sensors myself for less money than he "needed to charge," then "reduced" the highly marked up price he was "supposed to" charge and I chose to have him do the labor and replace the parts on the spot
I am satisfied with the service provided

The technician was polite and professional, explained the operation of the door very well, and we are pleased with the work

Preston was the technician that showed up to help me with my garage door He was extremely informative and very professional It was obvious that he was very knowledgeable about his line of work

Our garage door on occasion would not openOf course for the first minutes *** was trying to diagnose the problem everything worked fineAfter finding nothing for minutes the door finally failed to open and *** was able to determine the problem

I had Monkey Bars installed in my garage by Preston He did a great job It looks great and it's solidI like the fact that he told me not only the standard ways I could configure it and use it but also other unique ways I can maximize its use with items I own
There was some miscommunication/misunderstanding that the estimator of the job made with my contract details Preston offered to go back to get the materials needed to give me the extended shelves that I had requested But I didn't want to wait and spend more time off of work to get it He also offered to make some quick repairs/adjustments to my garage door which I accepted He is super knowledgeable and he did a great job with that as well which more than made up for everything

Shortly after contacting garage door mechanics for a service call, I received a call back to schedule an appointmentOn the day of the appointment, I received a call in advance of his arrival verifying the time of arrival and the mechanics name
He arrived on time and, after checking out my garage door, explained what the problems were and the repair options available (with pricing for each)I felt no pressure to choose any particular option, and choose the one that best fit my budget and safety concerns
The door was repaired quickly and Jeff also set up my truck to operate the door remotely (something I had not been able to do)
I consider the response to my service request excellent, pricing very fair, and service excellent

This company was very helpful today They took the time to explain what was needed to repair a year old garage door assembly They saved me some money by switching parts around on the door itself I really appreciate the extra service that they provided today
