Review: I ordered a this product for a trial. I had to pay shipping and then I understood that the trial was 30days with is how lond the supply lasts. In small print the trail is 14 day so they billed me [redacted]. When I saw the bill I immediately cancelled but when I finally got to a person on the phone they would not accept a return and would not credit me even though in the terms it states that they will accept returns minus the shipping.

This is a sneaky and bad way to take advantage of consumers. I am sure my complaint is one of many.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and for them to make it clear in their advertising that the trial is only for 14 day and how much the consumer will be billed on the 14th day.
