This is my second complaint on this companyI thought my original complaint had been resolved (comlaint ID ***) as the company agreed to refund the charges on my credit card and I sent the product back to themI received my credit card statement today and not only did they not refund the charges for 5/24/2014, they charged me again on 6/23/for $They did refund the but not the original charges of charged on 5/24/I called the company again today and was told they will not refund the original chargesI told them I sent the product back and the letter from their company of my original complaint of charges from 5/24/stated they were sending the refundI explained I sent the product back as their response to the Revdex.com was that they would refund me the chargesThey stated I had no proof that they received the product and even with a tracking number it would do no goodNow, I have no product and I am still out the $This company is deceitful and they lie about everythingTheir product is advertised 100% guarantee or your money back but apparently they do not honor their advertisementThe supervisor I spoke with today stated they will not refund anything to me for the 5/24/product sent

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[In response to the business' proposed solution, I requested a FULL refund of the $350.70 they took from my account without my approval or knowledge. They stand fast on the "idea" that the terms are plainly stated in the ad, however this is false. I am generally a very guarded and somewhat suspicious person in regards to anything advertised as "free". There are many companies that are legit in their offers of free samples with no strings attached, however, this company is not among them. In order to safeguard myself, I read EVERY SINGLE WORD, in EVERY SINGLE SECTION on this ad THREE TIMES. I am not saying it was a deliberate attempt at deceit by the company, but in this FaceBook ad, there was NOT A SINGLE WORD that stated it was a 14 day trial, or that the customer would be enrolled in automatic shipments or would be billed monthly. Furthermore, the actual price of the product was not stated ANYWHERE in the ad. There was nothing stating "you will be billed $____ each month for new shipments until your membership is cancelled". In fact, the amount billed to my account was not the same for either product either time it was taken from my account, which leads one to believe the amount was purposely set differently to avoid being detected by banking institutions as "recurring amounts" so that they could stop the withdrawals per customer request. As stated in my original complaint, the product was also shipped in a simple mailing bag with no invoice, no packing slip, no literature, no correspondence from the company whatsoever. This also leads one to believe the intent by the company was to keep the customer unaware of the fact that he/she was being "enrolled" in a monthly program. After spending many hours researching this company and their far from ethical business practices and tactics, I have discovered that there are thousands upon thousands of unsuspecting people such as me that have been duped by this company. I request, and expect, a FULL refund of the money taken from me. ]

The customer is reading her credit card statement incorrectly. We only charged her $14.71 once. Her account was not charged five times.  This was an authorized charge by the consumer. According to our records, this is her agreement she made via phone:  This customer accepted an Early Cancel Save Sale (14.71) offer for this order that was presented by a RevGuard CSR. Under the terms of this agreement, 14.71 will be charged to the customer today, and all future orders to this customer will be discontinued. The customer can keep the trial order that has already been received.

Payments and Credits
Because the customer disputed the amount, there are notes written referring to the $14.71 transaction (TEMPORARY CREDIT PENDING INVESTIGATION, REVERSAL OF TEMPORARY CREDIT, REPOST OF DISPUTED TRANSACTION, AN ADJUSTMENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT). These are not new transactions. We are unable to process the refund. She needs to speak to her credit card company because the funds have already been taken out of our account. She must ask them about her disputed amounts and for a better understanding of their chargeback process.

Garcinia. The amount of $[redacted] was refunded on 11/3/2014. The transaction on 10/1 of $[redacted] was refunded on 11/20/2014. Credit will be posted within 3-5 business days. Her account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged.
