Review: In an ad in [redacted] this company clearly advertised to try this product for just the shipping fee of [redacted] and also when I went to their website they offered the same thing, what wasn't mentioned openly was that in 14 days they would charge your credit card the full amount. I believe that this is false advertising.Desired Settlement: I am going to return the product, I feel like I should receive a full refund except for the shipping to which I had agreed to pay according to the ad.

Review: Ordered item on line, but pushed cancel before I placed the order but had entered credit card number and other information. No confirmation was given and item was never sent. Three months later a charge for the first bottle was charged on my credit card. A bottle was them sent to my home. The company then said I never canceled the order and this was the 2nd shipment. I was then bill for the second bottle. I now own them , they say, approx 190.00. I call them, they have representatives that barely speak English and I ask for a supervisor, which they continue to say is not available. I then called my credit card company, they got them on the line with a 3 way conversation. The credit card rep got Garcinia Advanced to admit I was right. All I had to do was return the one and only bottle I ever got, 3 months after they say I placed the order. I did that, got my money back, then Garcinia said I failed to prove cancellation of the initial order and my credit card company is at a loss, because there is no proof, BECAUSE THERE WAS NO ORDER EVER.Desired Settlement: Garcinia lied, cheated and took information I really never submitted. Many who outsources and tried to talk to a supervisor and I wanted my money back immediately she then kept reading me a script over and over about it was an auto ship every 14 days and I did not cancel within that time so they were fixing to send me more and I was being billed for what I got was free I raised so much Cain she hung up on me without ever getting me a supervisor but I got a email to send the. Unused back and my pending orders were cancelled I did that today with a long note in there I want my money back there was nothing in there info saying it would ever be a charge or auto shipped there was nothing sent with the product either no invoice or info. Review: I ordered a free trial of Garcinia from Garcinia Advanced about three weeks ago. I was really excited to learn that you could try a month of their product for only two payments of $2.00 and $2.95 to pay for shipping. I was even more excited when it came in the mail just a few days later. However, I was not excited at all when I saw a $90 charge on my account from Garcinia Advanced two weeks later. Sure enough, there had been a clause saying that if you don't call and cancel your account, they continue to charge you $90 a month. I called and canceled my account right away to avoid any future charges, but they refused to even consider refunded me my $90 even though I was only a few days late and had even been considering ordering from them again.

I would be willing to accept my loss and move on, but they charged me $90 for once bottle of Garcinia Advanced when the cost of on bottle is usually around $30. When I was on the phone with the company, I was told that they couldn't refund my money because I didn't cancel my account in time and now I was being charged for the product I was given. However, I did not receive the amount of product I was charged for. $90 should have been multiple bottles, but I only got one.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded either all $90 or the difference of what a single bottle costs.

Review: I ordered a sample of the product for about $*. I did not see anything at that time indicating I would be charged $[redacted] if I did not cancel in 14 days. When I received the product ( I don't even know if it was within 14 days) there was nothing indicating I had to cancel or any phone number to call. At the end of Oct my bank called me about possible fraud as I was charged $[redacted]. I researched it by calling the number on my bank statement and canceling. When I tried to call back to talk to them, I was unable to as it said my account was canceled and hung up on me. I had to call from another number just to talk to someone. They gave me the story that all sales are final and all the supervisors were on other calls.. But I went through the same process with another similar company ( I had ordered their product at the same time) and they gave me an RMA number to return the product and refunded my money. That is all I want. I do not willing do business with companies that act in this sleazy manner. Then on the 11/06/2014 they charged my debt [redacted] for this product and [redacted] for the [redacted] product. I called and they was telling me I recieved the product and they was getting paid for it. I told them that's was the shipping and handling was at [redacted] and [redacted]. They said that I was being charged for the product after 14 days. That was not the deal in the ad on the internet. Review: I found a web-ad for a dietary supplement. It advertised a free 30 day trial for only shipping cost. I opted to try the item. I received the item several weeks after "purchase" date. Package contained no paperwork, only the bottle of supplement. At end of February, I am checking Visa statement to make a payment and notice another transaction on 2/25 for approx. $ 90 from same company. I called and found out that by asking for the free trial, it automatically enrolls me in their monthly shipping of their product. Also, upon further query, they stated I had only 14 days from my free order to cancel, then I would be charged the full amount for the "trial" bottle the mailed me. I find this practice of automatic enrollment and full price billing after 14 days extremely deceptive.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of both the $89.95 charged to me for the free trial bottle and also the 4.95 shipping cost of my supposedly free trail bottle of supplements.

Review: I paid a $4.95 shipping fee to receive a free trial product with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. After ordering the product, I called within the 14 day cancellation period and was told by the customer service agent that I must either return the product (on my dime!) in order to not be charged $89.95 for the product. When I requested to speak to the supervisor, he got on the phone and began reading me verbatim the terms and conditions (which I had practically memorized during this back and forth altercation). I told him that I was very familiar with the terms and asked him to tell me where exactly it said that a customer must return the product in order to cancel. His response: "that's what a trial is". The terms can be found on this website http://trygarciniaadvanced.com/terms.html: "G. If You are not satisfied with the Product and wish to cancel future deliveries of the Product, You must call Our Customer Service Department toll-free at ###-###-#### prior to the expiration of the Trial Period (before day fourteen) and cancel Your order."/"If you are not satisfied with your trial for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of placing your order. Please allow 3-4 business days for refunds to process." Not only did they go back on their 100% satisfaction guarantee but all 3 of the customer service agents (rather, hustlers) were rude and manipulative.Desired Settlement: Because I called to cancel within the 14 day trial period (order was placed on 7/17/2014), I do not want to be charged for this. Review: I ordered a bottle of Garcinia Advanced (60 capsules) on 03/18/2014 for the price of $4.95 (including S&H). On 04/07/2014 they TOOK from my Visa debit the amount of $89.95 WITHOUT my Authorization (GARCINIAGOLD8773734911 / Withdrawal). I have call them on 04/10/2014 and ask them why they took my money without my consent; ask them to cancel this transaction and get back the refund of my money to my bank ($89.95). They refused to do that and sent me an email of membership cancelled. They sent me the email cancelled with date 04/05/2014; they took the money on 04/07/2014. I never signed a membership agreement with the company to continue buying the product.I never receive more of the product (only the first bottle of garcinia advanced 60 capsules). When the customer placed his order, he checked the Terms and Conditions box before receiving his free 14 day trial while only paying the cost of $4.95 for shipping and handling. In the terms and conditions, it states that the customer must call to cancel their subscription with us before the 14th day from the day they ordered the product if they are not satisfied with it. If not, they will remain on our monthly subscription services and be charged $89.95 for the products they will receive every 30 days. I have refunded the customer the amount of $89.95. This should be posted back into the customer's account within 3-5 business days. I did not refund the customer the amount of $4.95 because the customer was aware he was paying for shipping and handling for the product he received.

The reason to stated this is because I'm no SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT RESULT .... IS NOT WORKING LIKE THEY STATED AND GUARANTED. ALSO THE WAY THEY ARE MARKETING IS NOT LEGIBLE IN BIG WORDS IN FRONT OF THE PRODUCT THE WAY TO CANCEL THE SUPPOSEDLY MEMBERSHIP. Review: I ordered a trial of Garcinia Advanced and CleansePro. I paid for the trial, was not happy with the product as it did absolutely nothing for weight loss. I just received another shipment and was charged $79.95 for the CleansePro and $69.46 for the Garcinia Advance. I did not authorize these shipments. I called the company and was told they do not give refunds and that since I didnt return the order in 14 days I authorized addl shipments. I explained I paid for the trial but did not authorize addl and I just received the new shipment yesterday 6/26/14. They refused to let me speak with a supervisor even when I offered to hold. Review: I was not informed of future charges to my credit card, nor did I authorize any future charges, when I initially signed up for the free trial of garcinia advanced for a fee of $4.95 for shipping. The terms and conditions only state how to obtain a refund of product. I do not wish to return the free product and cannot not receive a refund when the product is free. I was (without my knowledge and authorization) enrolled in a automated program where I continue to receive product and charged $89.95. When I called customer service to dispute this charge I was not allowed to talk to any supervisor and only offered a refund of 50%. The terms and conditions clearly state that I can receive a full refund minus a $5 restocking fee once the company has a received my returned shipment, but I do not have a product to return since I disputed the charges before any future shipments arrived. I was told by customer service that I had a 14 day window to cancel my automated program and since the date had past, there was nothing the would do. The terms and conditions do not state any such time frame, nor do they warn me I would automatically be entered in this program.Desired Settlement: Refund totalling $89.95. I was promised a 50% refund, as of this time my account has not been credited. Garcinia Advanced made an offer of free trial for 4.95, when I ordered I was billed 89.90 and their was no phone number or invoice enclosed in package to call and cancel or return, also could not return an opened package, excuse me how can you try it if you do not open it? Called numerous times and sent emails from three separate email addresses no response called toll free number received automated message that my account was closed when entered "0" to speak with a human got very rude rep that would not give me his name or the supervisors name or let me speak to a supervisor. THey stated there was no supervisor or manager and that they would not remove the charge. I turned it over to the fraud department of my financial instution. I also contacted Facebook, Dr Oz Show, The Doctors Show, and Oprah Winfrey since I looked at all of these sites to see if the product was for real.

Review: I requested a sample trial bottle of their product, which was sent to me. Before the trial ended I called and advised that I did not want the product. That call coincided with the date they billed me for the full bottle ($94.50). I wrote to my credit card company with the dispute. They claim I did not call although they sent an email to me confirming the cancelation and that they would cancel any future or ongoing charges. However, they never actually sent me the full bottle. When I called to inquire as to where they claim they sent the full bottle, they provided a tracking # that was non existent on the online tracking at my post office.

Review: I ordered a this product for a trial. I had to pay shipping and then I understood that the trial was 30days with is how lond the supply lasts. In small print the trail is 14 day so they billed me [redacted]. When I saw the bill I immediately cancelled but when I finally got to a person on the phone they would not accept a return and would not credit me even though in the terms it states that they will accept returns minus the shipping.

Review: Ordered both products advertised from a website. First I ordered the Garcinia Advanced then the Cleanse Pro. Got both products separately. Had 14 days to cancel before being charged. There was a brochure with the Garcinia product that had both products in it; there were multiple numbers to call and get more information on each product, but only one 1-888 staying customer service. Called the customer service number. I was shocked at the price I was charged by both products, which was non-refundable. I said cancel it all so I don't receive any further product or charges. I was shocked and felt mis-led that it was priced that much in the first place. Then I recently just received a bottle of the cleanse pro. So I called the Customer service number again and the rep told me that they only canceled the Garcinia not the CleansePro. He preceded to tell me there was another # I would have to call to cancel that one. I stated, that is not what the first customer service guy told me and I did state I did not want both products. He stated there was nothing he could do. So I called the Cleanse pro #. The customer representative told me that I could not send the product that I just got in the mail that day, back for a refund even though I was misled the first time thinking I was canceling both products with my first call a month prior. She stated they were 2 different companies. But they are both on the same brochure that I received with both products and it does not state that. It has an information # by the cleanse pro pic but only one customer service #. First they advertise a shipping price to buy, and misled how much each cost after 14 days.Then I thought I was canceling both products and actually wasn't and couldn't return the un-opened bottle, even though it was the first reps fault by not telling me about the other # I was suppose to call.
