I have attached a snipit from my bank account which shows that they did indeed take the 89.95 which I stated in my original complaint, not a mere 4.95 which they state.  Yes, I returned the product and had them close the account immediately.

A representative refunded $44.98 on 4/10/2014. We refunded the remaining amount of $44.97 for the rest of the transaction on 4/21/2014 after receiving this Revdex.com complaint. Our customers are automatically signed onto our monthly subscription program unless they call in and cancel their 14 day free trial. This monthly subscription was in our terms and conditions. Every consumer checks the terms and condition box before receiving our product. The consumer is asking to refund the balance. With that said, we have refunded the remaining balance to James Bulas. In the previous response, we stated that the balance will be posted withing 3-5 business days. Please allow some time for the transaction to process.

IS NOT WORKING LIKE THEY STATED AND GUARANTED.  ALSO THE WAY THEY ARE MARKETING IS NOT LEGIBLE IN BIG WORDS IN FRONT OF THE PRODUCT  THE WAY TO CANCEL THE SUPPOSEDLY MEMBERSHIP. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

[In response to the business' proposed solution, I requested a FULL refund of the $350.70 they took from my account without my approval or knowledge. They stand fast on the "idea" that the terms are plainly stated in the ad, however this is false. I am generally a very guarded and somewhat suspicious person in regards to anything advertised as "free". There are many companies that are legit in their offers of free samples with no strings attached, however, this company is not among them. In order to safeguard myself, I read EVERY SINGLE WORD, in EVERY SINGLE SECTION on this ad THREE TIMES. I am not saying it was a deliberate attempt at deceit by the company, but in this FaceBook ad, there was NOT A SINGLE WORD that stated it was a 14 day trial, or that the customer would be enrolled in automatic shipments or would be billed monthly. Furthermore, the actual price of the product was not stated ANYWHERE in the ad. There was nothing stating "you will be billed $____ each month for new shipments until your membership is cancelled". In fact, the amount billed to my account was not the same for either product either time it was taken from my account, which leads one to believe the amount was purposely set differently to avoid being detected by banking institutions as "recurring amounts" so that they could stop the withdrawals per customer request. As stated in my original complaint, the product was also shipped in a simple mailing bag with no invoice, no packing slip, no literature, no correspondence from the company whatsoever. This also leads one to believe the intent by the company was to keep the customer unaware of the fact that he/she was being "enrolled" in a monthly program. After spending many hours researching this company and their far from ethical business practices and tactics, I have discovered that there are thousands upon thousands of unsuspecting people such as me that have been duped by this company. I request, and expect, a FULL refund of the money taken from me. ]

are able to transfer calls to their supervisors when they are unable to help the customers themselves. Also, when our representatives speak to customers, they are always willing to refund the full amount if the customers are not satisfied with their product. With that said, this customer is not ours.

Garcinia Advanced made an offer of free trial for 4.95, when I ordered I was billed 89.90 and their was no phone number or invoice enclosed in package to call and cancel or return, also could not return an opened package, excuse me how can you try it if you do not open it? Called numerous times and sent emails from three separate email addresses no response called toll free number received automated message that my account was closed when entered "0" to speak with a human got very rude rep that would not give me his name or the supervisors name or let me speak to a supervisor. THey stated there was no supervisor or manager and that they would not remove the charge. I turned it over to the fraud department of my financial instution. I also contacted Facebook, Dr Oz Show, The Doctors Show, and Oprah Winfrey since I looked at all of these sites to see if the product was for real.

The customer's account has been cancelled. She will no longer receive anymore products and will not be charged. The sales representative was attempting to save the sale, but it does not state in the terms and conditions that the customer will be charged. She was not charged, but was given options to what she wanted to do with her account. We will be speaking to our representatives and will continue with further training. I apologize for the inconvenience.

before the 14th day from the day they ordered the product if they are not satisfied with it. If not, they will remain on our monthly subscription services and be charged $89.95 for the products they will receive every 30 days. I have refunded the customer the amount of $89.95. This should be posted back into the customer's account within 3-5 business days. I did not refund the customer the amount of $4.95 because the customer was aware he was paying for shipping and handling for the product he received.
