The customer has filed a chargeback on 12/7/14 in the amount of $94.90.  Also on, 2/6/2015 the customer spoke with a customer service rep who also informed her that due to the chargeback with the bank, we can not directly refund her.  The bank is currently...

investigating into the issue and we are working with them directly to assist the customer with the refund.  Also, please be aware that it was stated in the terms and
conditions that the customer would be charged for the full 30 days for the
trial bottle if they didn't cancel before the 14 days was over. The system does
not and will not allow the client to proceed to the checkout section to
complete the purchase unless he acknowledges the terms and condition of the
product.  The customer is automatically signed onto our monthly
subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the product.  After the
customer finishes their 30 day supply of the product, they will be charged on
the card on file for a 30 day supply plus shipping and handling. Usually, the
customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service department to
return the product and they will then receive a refund.  Nevertheless, the
customer account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore
products or be charged. It was stated in the terms and conditions every
customer agrees to before proceeding to check out. The customer must call in
and cancel their account before the 14 day trial is over. If the customer fails
to cancel their account, they will be charged for the trial product and be
subscribed onto our monthly subscription.

It is stated in our terms and conditions. A refund of $13.49 was refunded on 8/26, The rest of the transaction $76.46 was refunded on 9/15/2014. The account has been cancelled and will no longer be charged.

The first record of the customer calling in and speaking to a representative is on 5/14/2014. The representative then cancelled the customer's order. The amount of $94.90 for her order placed on 5/10/2014 was refunded on 6/9/2014 after receiving the product. This amount should have been posted back into [redacted]'s account 3-5 business days from the refund date. We are unable to refund her for the transaction date 4/10/2014 for the amount of $89.95. She called her bank and asked to get it charged back onto her card. She must speak to her bank regarding these funds. They have taken the amount out of our account to process back to the customer.

[redacted] I never signed up for anything and was shocked that they only  refunded 50% after much disagreement they went from 10% to 50 %  The subscription was opened without my consent. I would like the balance of my money refunded thanks [redacted]

According to our records, Ms. [redacted] has contacted her bank and asked for a chargeback. We will not refund the amount $14.71 because her bank has already refunded it from our account on 4/17/2014. If the customer has any concerns regarding this chargeback, she must speak to the bank...

In reference to the comment back to me about the shipping - I was referring to the product return shipping cost, since I was not informed that the product had to be returned until I canceled.  As long as my credit card does not get charged again, I am fine with this outcome.
