Products are advertised as a 14 day free trial 100% satisfaction guarantee. I recieved both products on August 2, 2014. They charged my account the full amount for Garcinia Gold $89.95 and CleansePro $79.95 on August 12, 2014. They did not give me the 14 days to trial this product. In addition when I called to cancell the automated system told me that they sent another shipment on August 9th. I called back again and the automated system did not give me an option to resolve this matter.Desired Settlement: Full refund for both products $169.90

Review: I signed up for a free 14 day trial on 7/1/14. I was unaware that 15 days later, on 7/15/14, I would be charged $89.95 automatically for a product that I did not want and did not authorize. When purchasing my free trial I did not check a box that said I agreed to be signed up for their automatic bill payment after the 14 day trial. They were very misleading about what I was signing up for and in my confirmation email that I received from them, nowhere did it state that I would be charged $89.95, and it did not give me a date as to when I would be charged. I sent this company several emails, received no response, and also called their customer service line, during business hours, and spoke with Trevor who informed me that they would not refund me the $89.95 and then our call was either disconnected or he hung up on me. I immediately tried to call back (again during business hours) and a recording said their call center was closed.Desired Settlement: I would like my checking account to be credited back the $89.95.

Review: Where this call center is located the connection is extremely poor and the agents are hard to understand. We called for a full refund. My husband had such a hard time hearing what were saying he finally said whatever which resulted in a 50% refund. I called back to get the other 50%. The agent refused to let me speak to someone in the US so I could get this resolved and then hung up on me. She said that since we agreed to a 50% no other refund will be given. Then I spoke with someone named [redacted], who again had a horrible connection. [redacted] (who does not give a last name and is not aloud to transfer calls) said he was the owner and I could not speak to anyone else. "[redacted]s" extension number he gave me is [redacted]. This company needs to refund my full amount. I cancelled the product within the 30 days, but was charged anyway. When I contacted the company, they gave me the run around about Terms and Conditions only being for 14 days, not 30. I asked why this was not sent with the product since it was very misleading to give a trial for 30 days and expect a cancellation in 14 days. The representative just kept repeating the same line about terms and conditions. I told them that I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com because this was a scam and they offered a paltry refund. I declined and told them that they needed to refund the full amount. They just kept repeating the same thing over and over again about terms and conditions. Review: I contacted the company on Sep 16th about a pending charge on my account that I did not authorize. They provided me a return number for a full refund and asked me to return the product within 30 days of receipt (I still have this e-mail). They shipped the product on 18 Sept and it was received at my APO address on 26 Sept. I returned the product on 30 Sept with a USPS tracking number and the product was received by their company on 18 Oct. I contacted them numerous times inquiring about my refund being credited back to my checking account and was told they processed the refund and I would see it within 5-7 days. After 3 phone calls to them, on 18 Nov they stated they would not be processing my refund (in the amount of $[redacted]) due to receiving my product past their "requested return date). I informed them I am an active duty service member that currently resides overseas and I immediately returned the product to them and they refused to issue my money back despite having their product back. I contacted my bank ([redacted]) to also dispute the charge and that is currently being worked.Desired Settlement: I have all e-mail transactions between the company and myself as well as the USPS tracking number. I do not have any products from this merchant and would like for them to credit my account with the money they debited without my permission. This company has unethical billing practices and despite issuing written instructions for returns, they rescind/manipulate the circumstances to scam unsuspecting consumers out of their money.

Review: I was shown this website on a mobile phone and was interested in finding out more information and clicked on begin my free trial. No where in the process did it state that upon entering my credit card information (my biggest mistake) that I would instantly be charged and that there is NO cancellation of shipment once the credit card information is entered. Five minutes after realizing I placed an order, I called the customer service number only to be told they had NO WAY to stop the shipment of their product. I argued vehemently to no avail. My husband called and they told him the same thing, not to mention they hung up on us both several times. Then I searched for hours on my computer to find their actual website and read their policy about cancellation and refunds. No where does it state that the product upon immediate order can not be cancelled from shipping. I called one more time in a last ditch effort and all the lady told me was that for $14.71 (originally the company was going to charge me $89.95 for the same bottle of stuff) I could keep this one bottle and not have to send it back. Exasperated at that point, I accepted them charging me the additional $14.71 on top of S&H $4.95 (non-refundable charge) to end this nightmare.Desired Settlement: I would love to be refunded in full for the product and not have to ship it back since I repeatedly asked them NOT to ship it to me.

Review: This is a scam. I signed up for a "free trial" which was just supposed to cover shipping charges of $5.95 for Cleansepro and $4.95 for Garcinia. Those amounts were charged to my card on 6/19/14. Then I noticed on 7/6/14 they charged me $89.95 for Garcinia and $79.95 for Cleansepro. I called the company today to complain about the charges. They told me it was a 14 day trial. Well if its a 14 day trial then they should only send you 14 pills! The guy I spoke to at Garcinia started with giving me 15% back and ended up saying he would do 50%. The Cleansepro guy was saying the same thing but would only give me 15%. Both guys had the same accent and I could hardly understand them. I told him I wasn't satisfied and I wanted all my money refunded. There is nothing about this product that says weight loss. I also told them I was going to file a complaint. Their website says 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Review: Hello, I went on the website and ordered Garcinia Advanced for $5.95 shipping, as stated in the advertisement, in fine print it states that if you do not cancel your trial within 30 days you will be billed $89.95. I received the product Thursday 10/30/2014 and just cancelled today 11/3/2014, I received an RMA# to return MY TRIAL THAT I PAID FOR... no where on that site does it say you would have to return the trial!!! Also after purchasing the trial of Garcinia Advanced it asks if you would like to try the trial of Cleanse Pro for $4.95 shipping. Of course trial $4.95 Ill try, well after trying to cancel that today over an automated system they are still charging me $43.00, I finally got an oversees operator who could not HELP ME CANCEL WITH NO CHARGE. All he kept saying is you have to pay $43.00. Review: I am filing this complaint based on the fact that I was charged 89.85 for their product that I did not order nor did I receive this product at my mailing address. I am currently unemployed and not living at my current mailing address. Since my income is very limited and I can not afford to order anything extra in my life, I did not order this product. I contacted my bank and went into my local bank branch to file a disputed for this charge and they were unable to get this charge reversed and stated that I would need to contact this company. Review: I ordered the product which was on a 14 day trial basis. I called to cancel the next day but had already been billed $89.95 for the product. In the terms and conditions, it states that if you aren't satisfied, you can request a refund within the 30 days. When I called the customer service, they stated that it's only for additional products you order after the trial. That is not what it says in the terms and conditions on the website. ALSO, I was hung up on 3 times when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was finally told on one of the many times I called that there was not a supervisor there and he had no clue when one would be in. Every time I tried to speak I was interrupted and treated like an it. I didn't appreciate the treatment I received at all by the customer service. FINALLY, when I called back in after the 3rd hangup, a gentleman named Alex told me he could refund 15% of the amount charged but that was all and that I didn't qualify for a refund. While that was nice to get $13.50 back, it wasn't the whole amount. I was only 1 day over my trial period. I ordered the product on 6/19/14.Desired Settlement: I would just like my case to be looked at like it states on the website. I would like them to honor their terms and conditions. I didn't expect a full refund but I was only 1 day past the trial so I believe they could have done better than 15%.

Review: I purchased Garcinia advanced and cleanse Pro for Weight loss and they sent me my pills and I received them on July 2nd and used them until July 14th. I then received my Bank Statements and noticed that they charged 89.95 and 79.95 for the pills. I know I had to pay 4.95 and 5.95 for shipping and they said I had 14 days to cancel my order. When I called they said I received the pills 2 days after shipping the pills to me on 6-18-14. They made the charges on my credit card on June 30th. When I disputed the claim that I received them earlier they said I did get the pills wihin 2 days. If I read the terms and agreement it says you have to cancel within 14 days of the order. How would I even know these pills would work before I even get them. I called my credit card for help([redacted]) and they would not help with this issue at all. I went on line to find out about this company(On [redacted]) and there is comment after comment that they charge your account before you even get a chance to find out if the pills are helpful. Review: I requested a free trial offer of the Garcinia Cambogia product. . In their terms and conditions they tell you that the trial is for 14 days but they send you an entire month trial so they can scam you.You don't get a full trial because it takes nearly a week to receive the product but they count the entire time it takes to process the order and ship it as your free trial. The order was placed just before midnight on 09/24/14 they claim, I recall it being placed after midnight meaning that it would have been 09/25/14 and it was canceled today, the 14th day. I have offered to return the item because I do not want it. They refuse to refund the money that they took from my account citing their terms and conditions that the trial offer begins the moment you place the order which is a deceptive tactic to say the least. How can you TRY something if you don't have it?.... This company is terrible and I wouldn't recommend ANYONE try anything they offer. Furthermore, their products do not have labels that contain their company information in order to assist their customers with reaching them to cancel their subscription..... Review: I ordered a trial offer of Garcinia Advanced in July. Before I placed the order I read the terms to ensure it was not one of those that will charge you crazy amounts of money after you order this "trial". The terms stated that I would not be charged for anything after the $4.95 trial shipping charge and that if I wished to continue with the product I could then order more. I have now been charged for three shipments of the product that I have not received as well never authorized or ordered. When I contacted the company, one representative told me I could find the product at a post office and mail it back for a full refund, she gave me a shipping number to track the package with. When I asked to speak to a supervisor about the prior charge that she was not authorized to change, the supervisor informed me that I was not able to receive any sort of refund no matter if I tracked the package down and returned it or not. I informed him that his supervisee had just said I could do that and he said that she was mistaken. He refused to do anything about the three charges of $94.90 on my credit card that I did not authorize!Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded. Review: I found a web-ad for a dietary supplement. It advertised a free 30 day trial for only shipping cost. I opted to try the item. I received the item several weeks after "purchase" date. I have a charge of $4.95 on Feb 6th for the "free" trial. Package contained no paperwork, only the bottle of supplement. At end of February, I am checking Visa statement to make a payment and notice another transaction on 2/19 for $89.95 from same company. So much for the so called "free" trial bottle!!! On April 28th I suddenly receive 2 bottles in the mail, each packaged separately. One shows to have been mailed out on March 25th. I checked my account and sure enough I had been charged $94.90 on March 21st and $94.90 on April 20th. They had an incorrect address on both packages and the 2 addresses they shipped to were not the same either. I called Garcinia to complain and see if I could ship both bottles back for a full refund. They told me they would only refund me the full price for the one that was billed on April 20. They refuse to refund me for the bottle that I was billed for on March 21 even though I only received it on April 28th! They stated that I had to request a refund 30 days from when they billed me....not 30 days from when I actually received the product. And as far as the incorrect addresses on both packages they blamed that on me! Said they only use the address the customer plugs in. I don't know of any customer who is going to order a product and enter an incorrect address. They had the wrong street number and the wrong zip code. Review: I agreed to pay 4.95 for shipping. 5 minutes after I purchased it I decided to cancel it as I realized it was an over priced product and a monthly price. I called the customer service and they would not cancel the order but said the product must ship out. I called another number trying to cancel the order and they had an automated recording stating I could cancel the order by hitting option 1 so I did. The recording stating it would be cancelled but I would be charged 41.00 for the product. I didn't have an option to accept this or not. Then I was charged 41.00. I called the customer service back and they would not refund the charge. I also emailed their "customer service" several times with no response.Desired Settlement: I want a refund. This "company" should stop ripping people off and tell them the terms to use this option of cancelling as I would not have allowed them to charge me anything more.
