We tried to call the customer to resolve but there is no voice-mail setup.  Please have them provide a phone number where they can be reached.

The customer ordered from our special buy 2 vines and get 2 free. He was sent a total of 4 vines for $10.00 and he paid for shipping of $6.95 for 2 vines and just paid to ship the  2 extra vines. He was charged exactly what the advertisement stated.**

As I mentioned in my previous email I have contacted [redacted] to give me a credit for the undelivered goods.  [redacted] will investigate and grant me a credit.  I no longer wish to do business with Gardeners Collection.  I gave them ample time to respond to me and both times they gave me different answers or did not respond at all.

I am rejecting this response because: Correct my wife did receive original order but on 5/5/2014 I emailed Gardeners Collection about the dead plants.  I got...

a return email on 5/8/2014 that live plants were being reshipped to receive within 14 business days or by 5/29/2014.  It is now 6/2/2014 and I have not received re-shipments and when I called on 5/30/2014 I was told no refund would be given or the employee's name was given when requested.

We did in fact receive the customers order in February, 2015 but because of the frost zone he resides in ([redacted]) we did not process his order until this month. It is scheduled to ship out next week and he should receive shortly thereafter. If he is not satisfied with the plants or they die in...

transit we would reship them to his next year or offer him a refund.As to the negative reviews on the internet, people will say and have different opinions which we can not control. Often times they are baseless. We only strive to address your particular situation and will do anything we can to make it work for you.*

We spoke to the customer and he has already disputed this with his credit card company.  We cannot issue a refund if there is a dispute open.

The company mailed a refund check to the customer on June 17, 2015

We have already responded to the Revdex.com regarding this matter.  We do not false advertise!!!  The customer received a refund of $23.96 on 03/03/2016 but then [redacted] HAD A PHONE CONVERSATION WITH MRS W[redacted], which she agreed to issue the balance of $47.89.  That final refund was...

We received the customers order via the internet on or about April 25, 2015. It was processed on May 5 and the expected delivery date...the date he should receive the plants will be the 25th or 26th of May.**
