Customer placed an order over our automated system and the order was shipped at the end of April. The address we have on file is [redacted] I noticed on the complaint form that she has a different zip code of [redacted]. If that is the case that would be a reason she did...

not receive the order. The company is no longer shipping plants from the nursery this year so we can offer a reshipment for next year or a refund*

I would like the tracking number on this. They have told me this 2x's before. I would expect them to be as advertised too, or I can contact you again? Thank you so much for your help on this...

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received a check from them and that was 13 days ago. It can take 5 to 7 days cross country, but not 13.

Reshipping the order asap.

Customer ordered some plants the beginning of March and they were sent the middle of March, 2015. Customer called and indicated that the plants arrived dead or damaged so the company resent the plants at no cost in the middle of April. They plants were sent to [redacted]....

If the customer did not receive them after the second shipment we would be happy to send them next year as the nursery is closed for the season or issue a refund if they do not wish to wait until 2016.A

We would gladly send the same order next year. I have requested that action be taken

If the customer has still not received the plants or they have arrived dead the company can offer to reship them to them next year at no cost with some free additional items or the company will offer a refund

The items were shipped and should be there any day now

We would refund the money on the order if you can provide the last name and zip code again of the customer

We have no record on this customer talking to us about their order.  Our policy with the live plants, is if it arrived dead/damaged than we will issue a reship (no charge).  We have within the last 5 days switched shipping carrier from [redacted] to [redacted] with tracking numbers now for better...

delivery of these live plants.  If the customer would like a reship than her order will go by [redacted] and again we mentioned she will have a tracking number.  Please advise.

I am rejecting this response because:  I called Gardners Collection on May...

21 and they told me that they were shipped out on May 20. and would be received on May 22 or May 25 and as of May 29 they have not arrived. Even if they were shipped on May 15 after 14 days  Live plants will be dead. I personally believe that they have never been shipped nor do they intend to ship them. I paid for insurance on the shipment so they should be able to get reimbursed  from the transportation company. I can't believe that they were shipped without a tacking number from the transportation source. I wish to receive a refund for the total amount that I paid for the plants since I have had to purchase  new plants from another source. $86.81 made to mu credit card that I used.

We would eb happy to refund the money. What is the account number or last name and zip code of the customer?

Please have the customer provide their account information so that we can look up their account and issue a refund.  We are not in the business of lying nor planning on scamming our customers.  We have had major issues with our nursery this season due to higher volume of orders that they could not keep up and had a back log of shipping.  We never experienced this before so we do not have a way to inform customers of this issue.  However, we are implementing new procedures for next year that in case of a delay on shipping customers will receive an email to inform them.

From reading all the complaints on the internet they seem to take customers money and send no merchandise. I want a complete credit and won't be satisfied until I have one, thank you.

I have tried to locate this customer in our system with their last name and zip code, email address and phone number but cannot find their account.  Have the customer supply their account number or invoice number so that a refund will be issued.  We have tried to provide a great service...

and product to our customers but have had some major issues with our nursery this year.  We are implementing new setups for 2016 in hopes that these problems do not repeat themselves.

I am rejecting this response because: this is the second time that it has happened to me. Not sure of the year it was around 2001 or 2002 they sent the plants to me...

late in our growing season and the tomatoes did not ripen because we had a freeze and killed the plants. So no this is the second time and I would like my money to be refunded back to me.
