rejecting this response because:
They are still unable to provide a delivery date and have yet to even inform me by writing that there was a delay. Not until I struggled to contact them did they tell me the order was delayed. Since the order has not been shipped I do not understand why the order cannot be cancelled and my money refunded. It's a deceptive and misleading business practice.

Please have customer provide account information with zip code and we will issue a refund.  As we have stated before, this season we have experienced major issues with our nursery on shipping which has caused extremely huge delays on shipping orders.  However, all orders have been shipped.  We do not have a tracking system with our nursery and therefore cannot provide a tracking number.  Our orders are shipped from ** by the [redacted].

Order was never charged due to our nursery no longer accepting new orders.

Customer was refunded on 07/29/2014.

I have issued a full refund today.

We spoke to the customer informing them that we had a shipping issue because our nursery located in TN had major issues with their local post office which caused us to change shipped in the middle of our heavy season.  The customer's order is being processed now and will ship by [redacted]...

and not by [redacted].  We had informed the customer that we will call them once we have a confirmed ship date which we are monitoring their account daily/manually.  If the customer does not want the order when received than they would need to refuse the package and when returned to us we will issue a refund.

Contacted customer.  She placed an order back in Oct 2014 which she says never received.  She was waiting for a reship in 2015 which she never received.  A refund has been issued today for $44.91.

customer spoke to rep and let us know that his wife received the order.

We spoke to this customer on 06/14/2016 and was informed that the plants received were dead.  We tried to work out an acceptable solution bu offering to reship in 2017 since this season is over with a partial refund.  Customer refused.  We will issue a refund for this order.

I am rejecting this response because:  I called Gardners Collection on May 21 and they told me that they were...

shipped out on May 20. and would be received on May 22 or May 25 and as of May 29 they have not arrived. Even if they were shipped on May 15 after 14 days  Live plants will be dead. I personally believe that they have never been shipped nor do they intend to ship them. I paid for insurance on the shipment so they should be able to get reimbursed  from the transportation company. I can't believe that they were shipped without a tacking number from the transportation source. I wish to receive a refund for the total amount that I paid for the plants since I have had to purchase  new plants from another source. $86.81 made to mu credit card that I used.

The order was shipped and should have been there by now

Left a message for the customer.  The original order and reship were sent out.  However, we have issued a full refund.

We receive many calls and try our best to get back to each one but often times the customer does not answer. The order shipped and should be there any day now

you so much for your help. They contacted me within that morning and was really nice telling me they had used a new nursery that sent the bad and wrong plants. I was told they will refund the plants I didn't get and the wrong plants and I will be refunded. Hopefully I will receive my refund. I had waited since March and never heard anything after I had contacted them and sent them pictures of what was sent to me. thanks again.
