Mrs. [redacted] placed her order on March 7th
2015 with Gardeners Collection and her order shipped out on March 20th
2015 and should have arrived within 10-14 business days.  
Unfortunately, we were
experiencing a large back log at our nursery and shipping was delayed and we
have no tracking system with our nursery.  Mrs. [redacted] should have received her order by
now.  However, we are closed for the
season but will issue a full refund today.
We do apologize for the
inconvenience.

Please advise if they have not received the items and we will reship them next year or issue a refund

The company would be happy to refund the money once the plants arrive and you confirm to us that they did not survive. If I was to refund the money now and the plants are viable when they are received it would not be fair to the business to refund money for product that was delivered and is satisfactory.*

The reship (no charge) was shipped on 06/06/2016.  This is the second order we have sent to this customer.  If the customer does not want this order, refused the package and once we receive it we will issue a refund.

Like we have stated numerous times to the Revdex.com and the customer, that order for the strawberries, bananas and blueberries will go out as a reship (no charge) this year.  Please keep in mine that we had issued this customer a FULL refund last year for this order and are now sending this our on our dime as a sorry for the inconvenience.   Our company feels we have done all we can for this consumer.Thank you,Customer Service

We have tried to call the customer, no answer.  However, we have issued a refund for $35.85

This customer has been very rude to all of our reps and have received 4 shipments (which 3 were at no charge) to date.  If we were a scam than we are terrible at it since we have lost lots of money with this customer since the 3 shipments were on us.  We will issue a refund even thought we...

A full refund was issued on 06/19/2015 to the customer's credit card on file.

As provided, I have proof that I did contact them, and that they said the plants were shipped.  To this date the plants have never arrived - it should be obvious by now that they were never shipped.  My bank has reversed the charge on my debit card, and I will expect this business to honor that reversal since I have no merchandise, and they have cleared lied about having shipped anything as well as claiming I never contacted them.  You have the proof that I did contact them, and I can provide further proof of the repeated phone calls I made to them that went un-returned if necessary.  I want nothing more to do with them; however, I will expect them not to dispute the reversal of the charge on my debit card, and they need to clearly acknowledge that before I will accept their response.  Thank youSincerely,[redacted]

Spoke to customer.  They still did not receive order so we issued a full refund.

[redacted] I have contacted the credit card company that I purchased the trees with and they contacted gardeners collection . They said they would send two new trees and I asked if they would be the three to four feet that they advertised but I did not get a yes or no but she did said they would arrive alive this time so I'll see if they are three to four feet tall and alive if not I'm filing another complaint.

Gardeners Collection only gave a credit of 24.00 The total amount charged was 32.91  since I didn't ever receive any merchandise I also need the additional amount of 8.91 credited to my account. I should not be penalized for not receiving what I ordered , this is their mistake not mine. Please see this issue resolved.  complaint was assigned ID [redacted]

Our policy is to issue a reship which we did.  We do not know why he did not receive it though.  Also, if the reship is not received, we issue a refund per the customer's request.  A refund for $18.96 (the 2 items that were reshipped) was issued today.

Thank you for contacting the Gardener's Collection on my behalf.  The...

company sent a full refund of $17.93 for my 2nd order which was received in very poor
condition.  Some of the plants were dead, the others have no chance of producing any fruit.   I contacted the company again to tell them I never
 
received the first order and to please issue a refund.  The purchase price for the first order was $32.89.  When I received the refund, the amount was for
 
$14.96.  I contacted them again June 29, 2015, they agreed to remit the balance of $17.93.  It may take a few more days.  I will never order from this company
 
again.  Very disappointed with their service and plants that were received.  I will let you know if and when they refund the remainder.
