[redacted]I thought this complaint was resolved because Gardeners Collection took my 23.90 off of my debit card.  Last week I received my order and they took the 23.90 back out of my debit card.   The plants were a joke. The plants were dried up little twigs.  They said to soak them, which I did and I planted them in the best organic soil I could find.  There is no sign of life whatsoever.  They want to keep my money and send me replacement plants next year 2017. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I ordered these plants.  The reviews are not good.  I just want my money back Please warn people about this company.   Thank you

complaint # [redacted]   [redacted] in [redacted]   Yesterday, I sent you an e-mail saying that I had not received a check from Gardener's Collection. After sending e-mail, I went to the mailbox and check  was there. The check is dated 6/25/2015 and is for the right amount.   Sincerely, [redacted]

I requested a refund today for the customer

The items were shipped and should be received any day now

Due to the major delays at our nursery, the orders are shipping at a much later date.  However, I have issued the customer a refund today.

Date Sent: 6/18/2015 1:16:32 PM I would like the tracking number on this. They have told me this 2x's before. I would expect them to be as advertised too, or I can contact you again?

I have NOT received my plants. At this point I want a refund. It is too late in the season for these plants, that I have NOT received to be planted.

[redacted] dont know how they figure sending plants that are dead and put in boxes that arent protected from shipping are considered properly sent It is a shame that they choose to cheat disabled folks that trusted them to do a good job by sending their clients Live plants Apparently they feel that if you shut up and go away that they will be in the clear Apparently the fact that I sent back both dead shipments has no bearing on their conscience.They claim they have lost money and I ask how would that be since what they did ship was dead and what wasnt shipped was at no loss to them But in good faith I sent them proof of their errors at my expense is not an issue I am still hopeful that they will see the errors in their ways and will honor what they said earlier this year and send me my healthy plants in complete and then this issue will be resolved If not apparently they arent concerned that this might go on a permanent record as being unresolved I would also have to say that the folks that also complained are the ones that make companys successful by doing business with them But as customer service has said that they have many happy customers that dont complain on social media as they have put it I would like to see the list I am gonna persue this and see who else in this area might have a solution to this matter as I have gotten pictures of the condition of what this company sends out and it isnt satisfactory It is a shame they choose to hurt the little man

I am rejecting this response because:
I had two orders with them.  The 2nd order number was [redacted], this order arrived in very bad condition.  Plants were dead. They fully refunded $17.93 from this order.
The first order number is 1140001020418. This order was never received.  The total paid on the order was $32.89.  They were suppose to refund $32.89, instead they refunded only
$14.96.  They still owe me $ 17.93.  I think they deducted the first refund they issued from the total for this amount. zip code is [redacted]
