Customer did in fact purchase some of our trees on April 21, 2015 using our automated system. The order was processed and charged on the 21st of April and shipped on the 23rd of April. It usually takes 24 to 48 hours for the items to be package and picked up by [redacted]. We apologize for an...

I am rejecting this response because: As I mentioned in my previous email I have contacted [redacted] to give me a credit for the undelivered goods.  [redacted] will investigate and grant me a credit.  I no longer wish to do business with Gardeners Collection.  I gave them ample time to respond to me and both times they gave me different answers or did not respond at all.

The vines were dead when I received them I don't know what kind of vines they were ,maybe off some vacant lot some where I want replacement live plants sent to me PDQ they will not answer the phone put on hold and never answeredI did not object to the added price if the plants were living.I put the plants in soil when I received them even put 2 in my hot house and still they never showed signs of life ...

Customer ordered various plants and her order was processed at the end of April and shipped to her at the address she provided. If she did not receive the plants we would have reshipped them to her or offered her a full refund if they arrived damaged or dead. We have no service logs indicating...

that she called or complained about not receiving the product or that the product arrived dead or damaged.*

We have issued a refund $89.83.  However, we were issued a chargeback as well so the customer needs to contact their credit card company since we are owed reimbursement.

The customer "just" ordered the trees on may 2, 2015 and they have processed and will ship shortly. Unfortunately because they have been processed I can not cancel the order or request a refund until the product is delivered back to the company. I am rejecting this response because: I have never received the shipment and it is now June 17th. They need to supply you and myself with a valid tracking number showing this delivered. I cannot believe it...

took two weeks for a response like this. All I want is my credit card refunded. When contacted not once would they give me a tracking number. If you or this business cannot supply me with a valid tracking number showing where I signed for this shipment by today then I will be contacting the [redacted] of my state and filing a complaint for mail fraud. The company told me it shipped 04/23/15 and when I contacted them on 06/15/15 I was told it shipped that day. WHEN DID THIS SHIP, SUPPLY ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER SHOWING IT DELIVERED SO IF WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS TRUE I CAN WORK WITH THE CARRIER. If I do not receive this information by end of day I will be contacting the [redacted] of my state for mail fraud and include all this documentation showing what little was done on my behalf by your branch to solve this issue. This is unacceptable.
