I am rejecting this response because Lipenwald, Inc has never acknowledged that they
used my credit card to complete a transaction without my permissionAnyone who blatantly abuses a customer's credit card will suffer the consequencesI reject their responseMy credit card company is investigating this and until they are finished I will continue to let authorities know about their online fraud

I am rejecting this response because:their response is not truetheir email does not work and they are asking customers to go ahead and order even though it will not be shipped until next springalso they said through email my order shipped on 5/24/ I doubt it even shipped on 6/as they saidif I get it I will let you knowthanks

I am rejecting this response because: The company is not telling the truthThey cannot be contacted so how could I accept a re-shipment when I can't get them to update my mailing address? If they really looked for my phone number they would find itTry google
Now I found out that they re-shipped without authorization and re-billed me for the merchandiseI WANT MY MONEY BACK and I want my credit card information deleted from their files.
AgainI do not want the re-shipment as it is months since I ordered and its way past planting time for me.

Contacted Customer and gave her our phone # where to reach us next Spring (March) So that she can place the order over the phone with a rep She said that would be okay

*** ***After reading the response from Gardners Collection, I would like this case monitored until they have shipped and I have received a healthy and complete order .As of the past couple of growing seasons I was promised to have the healthy growing and protected items shipped to me packaged properly during the growing season only to later be informed later that the growing seasons have passed and the items I was promised in my shipment were out of stock so once again I didnt receive my orderI hope that this growing season my healthy growing items will be shipped as stated in the companys response that the complete order is pending the beginning of this growing season and will be shipped in May 2016Thanks for your attention to this matter* ***

We sincerely apologize to the customer for the experience he has had with our company,I see no services logs in his/her account so there is no indication he made contact either via email or by phone with our companyWe vow to return all calls made to us by the end of business that day but often time we get inundated with calls and it may take a few days to return the callsAgain if we had know of the issue we would have resent the items or issued a refund

We spoke to the customer informing them that we had a shipping issue because our nursery located in TN had major issues with their local post office which caused us to change shipped in the middle of our heavy season. The customer's order is being processed now and will ship by *** *** and
not by ***. We had informed the customer that we will call them once we have a confirmed ship date which we are monitoring their account daily/manually. If the customer does not want the order when received than they would need to refuse the package and when returned to us we will issue a refund. Thank you,Customer Service

We received the customers order via the internet on or about April 25, It was processed on May and the expected delivery date...the date he should receive the plants will be the 25th or 26th of May.**

I am rejecting this response because: I called Gardners Collection on May and they told me that they were
shipped out on May and would be received on May or May and as of May they have not arrivedEven if they were shipped on May after days Live plants will be deadI personally believe that they have never been shipped nor do they intend to ship themI paid for insurance on the shipment so they should be able to get reimbursed from the transportation companyI can't believe that they were shipped without a tacking number from the transportation sourceI wish to receive a refund for the total amount that I paid for the plants since I have had to purchase new plants from another source$made to mu credit card that I used
