In order to pull up the customer's account again, I need account # or last name and zip code

Please advise if the plants have arrivedIf not I can reship them to the customer next year or request a refund

Customer ordered some plants in February and called to indicate that they were not receivedThe company resent the plants to him again at the beginning of MayIf the second set of plants did not survive or were not received then the company can offer a refund or resend them again next year*

We have no record on this customer talking to us about their order. Our policy with the live plants, is if it arrived dead/damaged than we will issue a reship (no charge). We have within the last days switched shipping carrier from *** to *** with tracking numbers now for better
delivery of these live plants. If the customer would like a reship than her order will go by *** and again we mentioned she will have a tracking number. Please advise. Thank you,Customer Service

What is the account number or last name and zip code of the customer and we would be happy to issue a refund

Customer placed an order over our automated system and the order was shipped at the end of AprilThe address we have on file is *** *** *** *** *** *** I noticed on the complaint form that she has a different zip code of ***If that is the case that would be a reason she did
not receive the orderThe company is no longer shipping plants from the nursery this year so we can offer a reshipment for next year or a refund*

First, our reps do not have the authority to log into the company website I do not know how her address was changed The order indeed shipped on 4/11/ It takes 10-days for delivery by USPS Our company policy is to reship to the customer at no additional cost to
them We do not have phone number on file for the customer nor can we locate her on *** website If the customer still would like the plants we will reship and for the inconvenience we will refund the shipping cost that was originally charged to her
We at Gardeners Collections is truly sorry for her unpleasant experience with us and hope to be able to resolve this issue

If the customer receives dead or damaged plants then we will refund her moneyShe can email me at *** I will need her account number or invoice number in order to process the refund or the last name and zip code the order was placed under.**

Customer called and advised that the items were not received so the company resent them again at no cost on or about May They should be there shortly

We spoke to the customer previously and stated that her credit card indeed did not process successfully We had informed her that our nursery was closed for the season but could issue a reship in Spring
