Tried to call customer twice, no answer The reship went out but we have issued a full refund

The items have shipped and will arrive shortly

The company would be happy to refund the money once the plants arrive and you confirm to us that they did not surviveIf I was to refund the money now and the plants are viable when they are received it would not be fair to the business to refund money for product that was delivered and is satisfactory.*

We have researched and found that the order did indeed ship However, we have issued the customer a full refund

We cannot locate this customer in our system. A rep will call them today to look into this further

The items did ship in May and have not been returned so I cannot cancel the orderThe items shipped although a little late but during the frost zone for that region of the country

Please note: the business called and left a message asking me to e-mail them about my complaint I did so and also mentioned that since I filed the complaint
about paying for tomatoes that arrived in pieces, I see that the peppers that they sent are italian hot peppers I had ordered bell peppers
They have e-mailed to say that they will provide a full refund I've asked that to be credited to my card and hope to see that in a the near future.

Customer did in fact purchase some of our trees on April 21, using our automated systemThe order was processed and charged on the 21st of April and shipped on the 23rd of AprilIt usually takes to hours for the items to be package and picked up by ***We apologize for an

Customer ordered a variety of plants on March 9, and the order was processed on March 19, We do not have tracking information on the packages that contain plants and he was informed of that via emailIt usually takes to days to reach California from Tennessee and we verified we
had the correct address of where the customer livesWe also informed the customer if he did not receive the plants we would resend them at no additional costWe will provide whatever support he may need to a successful resolution to his case.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:The representative from Gardeners' Collection is requesting US, the customer to provide paperwork (Account number or invoice number) that the order was filled,when, in fact, our complaint is that our order was NOT FILLED, and therefore, we do not have access to any such numbers I DO have a copy of the original order.This is a MAIL ORDER operation We sent in our order by mail with Check No*** in the amount of $ Our bank (*** *** *** *** ***) shows they made good on the check to Gardeners' Collection on 3-5- Ask the Company to check their accounts received records, which I presume they keep in better order than their mailing operation If necessary, I will request our bank to print a copy of the cancelled check as proof of payment.It is strange that on 5-5-at 10:a.min a phone conversation with Gardeners' Collection order clerk ***, she was able to find our order form (naming each of the items we had ordered), declared that it had been mislaid, and assured us that it would be filled that same week The documentation was in their office on that dateWhat has become of it since that time is THE COMPANY's responsibility to address

If the customer has still not received the plants or they have arrived dead the company can offer to reship them to them next year at no cost with some free additional items or the company will offer a refund
