I will report the refund to the Revdex.com once it is received. Since they have stated that the shipping was to be refunded earlier and never received I do not wish this matter closed until in fact I do receive the refund.

We would refund the money on the order if you can provide the last name and zip code again of the customer

I have tried to locate this customer in our system with their last name and zip code, email address and phone number but cannot find their account. Have the customer supply their account number or invoice number so that a refund will be issued. We have tried to provide a great service
and product to our customers but have had some major issues with our nursery this year. We are implementing new setups for in hopes that these problems do not repeat themselves

This is *** *** regarding complaint #***. I received my vine in the mail today 6/6/2015. Thanks for your time. *** ***

Gardeners Collection only gave a credit of The total amount charged was 32.91 since I didn't ever receive any merchandise I also need the additional amount of credited to my accountI should not be penalized for not receiving what I ordered , this is their mistake not minePlease see this issue resolved complaint was assigned ID *** ***

Spoke to customer and he said he will wait until 06/to see if the order arrives and if not he will contact us

We return all of our phone calls / emails to our customers. There are times when the customers do not leave they number (we can retrieve from the message), mailbox is full, no voicemail setup, just rings and other examples of not being able to contact with the customer. We were unaware
that the plants this customer received were dead/damaged on arrival. We can issue a reship (no charge) for the entire order. The order is shipped by ***. Please advise. Thank you,Customer Service

*** *** I have contacted the credit card company that I purchased the trees with and they contacted gardeners collection They said they would send two new trees and I asked if they would be the three to four feet that they advertised but I did not get a yes or no but she did said they would arrive alive this time so I'll see if they are three to four feet tall and alive if not I'm filing another complaint

I am rejecting this response because:
Thank you for contacting the Gardener's Collection on my behalf. The
company sent a full refund of $for my 2nd order which was received in very poor
condition. Some of the plants were dead, the others have no chance of producing any fruit. I contacted the company again to tell them I never
received the first order and to please issue a refund. The purchase price for the first order was $32.89. When I received the refund, the amount was for
$14.96. I contacted them again June 29, 2015, they agreed to remit the balance of $17.93. It may take a few more days. I will never order from this company
again. Very disappointed with their service and plants that were received. I will let you know if and when they refund the remainder

We show no message of this customer contacting us by phone or email. When a customer contacts us we return their message within hours. The customer should have received the correct size and live trees. Since there was a packing issue of some sort, we will issue a reship (per
our policy) at no charge for this entire order.
