We did in fact receive the customers order in February, but because of the frost zone he resides in (***) we did not process his order until this monthIt is scheduled to ship out next week and he should receive shortly thereafterIf he is not satisfied with the plants or they die in

The company can offer a refund but would first like to offer to reship the plants next year with some additional free items Please advise if this is acceptable or they still desire a refund
