I am rejecting this response because: This is week number and to this day, I still have not received them I understand your point, but you need to understand mine also I have been put out because of this situation and my garden should have been planted weeks ago.....you have my money and I have nothing I have talked to customer service several times and keep being told that they should have arrived by now....What if I don't receive them? How long do I have to wait to be reimbursed? Six weeks is more then ample time for them to arrive? Were they even shipped out, I mean a large company shipping quantities of items and no tracking numbers...that is absolutely rediculous Tying my money up like this so that I can't purchase plants locally is a pretty horrible thing to do

The plants were sent to the address provided (acct ***) and should arrive by this weekend (May or 16) or early next weekIf they do not survive the trip or are damaged in any way the company will then issue a refund

We spoke to this customer on 06/14/and was informed that the plants received were dead. We tried to work out an acceptable solution bu offering to reship in since this season is over with a partial refund. Customer refused. We will issue a refund for this order

while this resolution is satisfactory to me, the response from the company COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! The company is lying as I have numerous emails from them stating that the products I ordered had already shipped. This is DISGUSTING that they can get away with scamming their customers and simply make a bogus statement to avoid bad reviews with the Revdex.com.

It saddens me how unprofessional this business turned out to beMistakes happenIf my order got lost, all the company needed to say was the order got lostThat would have been so much better than the pathetic song and dance I receivedAdd to that the smart-mouthed woman who took my phone call months agoNow this has become a lose-lose situation.
