I am rejecting this response because:I had two orders with them. The 2nd order number was ***, this order arrived in very bad condition. Plants were deadThey fully refunded $from this order.The first order number is This order was never received. The total paid on the order was $32.89. They were suppose to refund $32.89, instead they refunded only$14.96. They still owe me $ 17.93. ***I thought this complaint was resolved because Gardeners Collection took my off of my debit card. Last week I received my order and they took the back out of my debit card. The plants were a jokeThe plants were dried up little twigs. They said to soak them, which I did and I planted them in the best organic soil I could find. There is no sign of life whatsoever. They want to keep my money and send me replacement plants next year I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I ordered these plants. The reviews are not good. I just want my money back Please warn people about this company. Thank you

It saddens me how unprofessional this business turned out to beMistakes happenIf my order got lost, all the company needed to say was the order got lostThat would have been so much better than the pathetic song and dance I receivedAdd to that the smart-mouthed woman who took my phone call months agoNow this has become a lose-lose situation.
I am going to provide the requested information, but you must realize how skeptical I am that a refund will actually be madeIt would be greatly appreciated if someone from Gardener's Collection would let me know when I might expect the arrival of said checkI told the smart-mouthed woman w/GC that I was going to report the company to the Revdex.com if my order didn't arrive or a refund was sentI did what I said I would doAll I can say is that if the refund check doesn't arrive in a few day's time, I will be left with no alternative than to pursue this with another agency, this time with the governmentToday is June 22nd, If the check has not reached me by July 1st, I can only assume you have lied to me ONCE AGAINOn July 1st, 2015, I will take action AGAIN to rectify this problem.

Please have the customer provide their account information so that we can look up their account and issue a refund. We are not in the business of lying nor planning on scamming our customers. We have had major issues with our nursery this season due to higher volume of orders that they could not keep up and had a back log of shipping. We never experienced this before so we do not have a way to inform customers of this issue. However, we are implementing new procedures for next year that in case of a delay on shipping customers will receive an email to inform them

Please advise if they have not received the items and we will reship them next year or issue a refund

We have already responded to the Revdex.com regarding this matter. We do not advertise!!! The customer received a refund of $on 03/03/but then *** *** HAD A PHONE CONVERSATION WITH MRS W***, which she agreed to issue the balance of $47.89. That final refund was
completed on 04/04/2016. This matter is resolved and CLOSED!!!!Thank you,Customer Service

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for contacting the Gardener's Collection on my behalf. The company sent a full refund of $for my 2nd order
which was received in very poorcondition. Some of the plants were dead, the others have no chance of producing any fruit. I contacted the company again to tell them I never received the first order and to please issue a refund. The purchase price for the first order was $32.89. When I received the refund, the amount was for $14.96. I contacted them again June 29, 2015, they agreed to remit the balance of $17.93. It may take a few more days. I will never order from this company again. Very disappointed with their service and plants that were received. I will let you know if and when they refund the remainder. Thank you, *** ***

We return all of our phone calls / emails to our customers. There are times when the customers do not leave they number (we can retrieve from the message), mailbox is full, no voicemail setup, just rings and other examples of not being able to contact with the customer. We were
unaware that the plants this customer received were dead/damaged on arrival. We can issue a reship (no charge) for the entire order. The order is shipped by ***. Please advise.
