I am rejecting this response because:
The representative from Gardeners' Collection is requesting US, the customer to provide paperwork (Account number or invoice number) that the order was filled,when, in fact, our complaint is that our order was NOT FILLED, and therefore, we do not have access to any such numbers I DO have a copy of the original orderThis is a MAIL ORDER operation We sent in our order by mail with Check No*** in the amount of $ Our bank (*** *** *** *** ***) shows they made good on the check to Gardeners' Collection on 3-5-
Ask the Company to check their accounts received records, which I presume they keep in better order than their mailing operation If necessary, I will request our bank to print a copy of the cancelled check as proof of paymentIt is strange that on 5-5-at 10:a.min a phone conversation with Gardeners' Collection order clerk ***, she was able to find our order form (naming each of the items we had ordered), declared that it had been mislaid, and assured us that it would be filled that same week The documentation was in their office on that dateWhat has become of it since that time is THE COMPANY's responsibility to address

I am rejecting this response because: Correct my wife did receive original order but on 5/5/I emailed Gardeners Collection about the dead plants I got
a return email on 5/8/that live plants were being reshipped to receive within business days or by 5/29/ It is now 6/2/and I have not received re-shipments and when I called on 5/30/I was told no refund would be given or the employee's name was given when requested

As I mentioned in my previous email I have contacted *** *** to give me a credit for the undelivered goods. *** *** will investigate and grant me a credit. I no longer wish to do business with Gardeners Collection. I gave them ample time to respond to me and both times they gave me different answers or did not respond at all

*** *** dont know how they figure sending plants that are dead and put in boxes that arent protected from shipping are considered properly sent It is a shame that they choose to cheat disabled folks that trusted them to do a good job by sending their clients Live plants Apparently they feel that if you shut up and go away that they will be in the clear Apparently the fact that I sent back both dead shipments has no bearing on their conscience.They claim they have lost money and I ask how would that be since what they did ship was dead and what wasnt shipped was at no loss to them But in good faith I sent them proof of their errors at my expense is not an issue I am still hopeful that they will see the errors in their ways and will honor what they said earlier this year and send me my healthy plants in complete and then this issue will be resolved If not apparently they arent concerned that this might go on a permanent record as being unresolved I would also have to say that the folks that also complained are the ones that make companys successful by doing business with them But as customer service has said that they have many happy customers that dont complain on social media as they have put it I would like to see the list I am gonna persue this and see who else in this area might have a solution to this matter as I have gotten pictures of the condition of what this company sends out and it isnt satisfactory It is a shame they choose to hurt the little man* ***

I am rejecting this response because: this is the second time that it has happened to meNot sure of the year it was around or they sent the plants to me late in our growing

We show no message of this customer contacting us by phone or email. When a customer contacts us we return their message within hours. The customer should have received the correct size and live trees. Since there was a packing issue of some sort, we will issue a reship (per our
policy) at no charge for this entire order. Thank you,Customer Service

I am rejecting this response because: when the company called us on May 19th and said that they
had mailed the vegetables to us on the 17th, we told them we didn't want them. We would like a refund in the amount of $that was charged to my husband's *** credit card. The vegetables have not been received. This company lied to us and that is enough. You should definitely investigate them for fraud
