Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I made the initial order with my [redacted] card I immediately received an email saying the order is postponed until I send photo ID and a photo of my credit card I contacted [redacted] and spoke with the fraud department They explained that a vendor should verify with the bank and not with me They advised me not to send the documentation and cancel the order I immediately emailed Gearbest cancelling the order I attempted but they do not let you speak to anyone Gearbest's reply states that they need photo ID and a picture of my credit card to verify my identity If that is true, then when I refused to send the ID and cancelled the order, why did they ship the merchandise? If they suspected fraud or could not verify an address the order should have remained postponed Unless there is another reason for gathering picture ID Perhaps fraud?I never agreed to send ID and asked the order be cancelled Days after the cancellation and receiving an email that they will respond to my inquiry they charged my account and shipped the merchandise This is fraudulent or incompetence Either way I would like verification that my account was credited back I have been advised by [redacted] fraud department to refuse shipping and return the merchandise to sender Thank you, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
